Everything I had hoped for... I have ordered from other Norwegian/Swedish Internet Sellers in past years for our annual 'Groaning Board'... This was the first year I tried the 'Scandinavianfoodstore'...primarily because while I had checked out two other sellers at the same time...they did not have even the majority of items I wanted In Stock! It was a pleasant surprise when I entered my Order and all items were still in stock! (no doubt others have experienced that unhappy result also?) Very disappointed...product did not arrive! I ordered lutefisk for a Christmas party, with delivery scheduled for 12/13/2013. Order was confirmed and credit card was charged, but nothing arrived. Not on the 13th, 14th, or 15th either. Party is over and I'm VERY disappointed.

Scandinavian foods that are not available in Chicago There are Scandinavian products I cannot get locally in Chicago. It's great to be able to enjoy the foods I ate as a child. Abba Fish Balls, Dinner sausages, Fena Laar and, erte stuing, and amazing Chocolates. The prices are more reasonable if I were to shop at specialty stores for similar products.

Good selection, expensive shipping. Overall I am impressed with the selection of Norwegian food and snacks. I find the prices of good pretty reasonable, however the shipping cost is downright outrageous and may keep me from shopping again.

Fingerlicking Good - Simply the best If you are looking to get some of the real, special, Scandianavian delicacies, look no further. I am not talking about the mass produced goods by Scandinavian food industry which can sometimes be hard to obtain, you may get it here. This is the place to get the specials, made for the Scandianavianfoodstore, according to the old recipies that have been true and verified for generations. Try it and you will be convinced.
