Everything as requested---and still cold! Thrilled to find Swedish Christmas ham online for our yearly Julbord! All items were very well packed (Glass items--herring, mustard and pickles--individually bubble wrapped) and the ham was still frozen when it got here from Florida. I also wish they could negotiate better shipping rates with UPS. But it's Christmas and I want authentic Swedish food---from SWEDEN!. (Not IKEA brand)

Do NOT use these guys Do NOT use these guys. They are non commutative and ship when they want to. I made an order and after 4 days the order was still pending. I called five different times and no one responded. I emailed....no response. I attempted to cancel the order. I ended up ordering from an amazing place in Poulsbo and these jokers sent me an email saying they already shipped the order which didn’t happen for another day. The event was today. We had a delightful dinner and we are awaiting another box of lutefisk from this unorganized bunch. They should be embarrassed. Use any alternate over these folks

Everything I had hoped for... I have ordered from other Norwegian/Swedish Internet Sellers in past years for our annual 'Groaning Board'... This was the first year I tried the 'Scandinavianfoodstore'...primarily because while I had checked out two other sellers at the same time...they did not have even the majority of items I wanted In Stock! It was a pleasant surprise when I entered my Order and all items were still in stock! (no doubt others have experienced that unhappy result also?) So, all items timely arrived here in Wyoming, all well-packed, in good conditions, and STILL COLD! I will definitely order from 'Scandinavianfoodstore' again next year! Signed, Pleased in WYoming

Great Place to Buy Norwegian Food!!! I have used this online store several times buying frozen shrimp, pinnekjoett, fiskekaker, fiskepudding, fenalaar, sylterull and many dried goods. I am totally impressed with the quality of the food and the service provided. Last time I took advantage of their free shipping (Spend $300 or more). I will continue to shop here!!

Very disappointed...product did not arrive! I ordered lutefisk for a Christmas party, with delivery scheduled for 12/13/2013. Order was confirmed and credit card was charged, but nothing arrived. Not on the 13th, 14th, or 15th either. Party is over and I'm VERY disappointed.
