Great customer service Great customer service. Food is decent, usually tasty, but menu repeats quite a bit. Sometimes drivers forget the gate key but generally this is a good service for those who can afford prepared meals. It is more costly than eating out but yo pay for the convenience.

Delicious Food! And great options! Had some hiccups with delivery- perhaps due to the gated community and access into it- However I LOVE Crateful! The meals were delicious and nutritious! Wish I could do Crateful all the time!

Loved it Deliciously prepared. Obviously by a chef. Each meal is balanced and delicious. The desserts are heaven. Love it. Deliver always made it before 11 pm. Never missed a delivery.
