Convenient, tasty, and FREE delivery! I’ve tried a few different ready-made meal delivery services, and my boyfriend and I really like Crateful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the restrictions aren’t followed sometimes, but overall it’s a great service.

Food started out amazing Food started out amazing, but got more bland and less appealing over time... I have actually experienced this with many meal services. I also had some trouble having my dietary needs followed, although they did eventually fix the problem and they always offered free meals for their mistakes. I noticed the food quality dropped with the company went public. I have decided to switch meal providers.

I thought the food was mostly good... I thought the food was mostly good and had a nice presentation, but that the overall experience was lacking a personal touch and customer appreciation, right down to the confirmation email. Some of the meals seemed extra oily and soggy (dinners in particular). I tested it out for a few days and decided to go with another chef for my next meal delivery.

Great customer service Great customer service. Food is decent, usually tasty, but menu repeats quite a bit. Sometimes drivers forget the gate key but generally this is a good service for those who can afford prepared meals. It is more costly than eating out but yo pay for the convenience.

Communication with Crateful was not a… Communication with Crateful was not a good experience. My partner and I reached out to them to see if they were a good fit for our wedding, and it became apparent to us that the owners behind the company are just not nice. They became very defensive after it was clear that it was not working out, even after we declined their offer. Needless to say, will not be recommending them to our family and friends.
