The food is good but the cost is high… The food is good but the cost is high and the cooler bag doesn’t get picked up in a timely manner. The last time it took them almost a week to pick up my cooler bag! My suggestion is that they shouldn’t charge a $15 cooler bag deposit every time the food is ordered.

Delicious Food! And great options! Had some hiccups with delivery- perhaps due to the gated community and access into it- However I LOVE Crateful! The meals were delicious and nutritious! Wish I could do Crateful all the time!

Crateful is the best of the bunch I've tried almost all of the prepared meal delivery services in Los Angeles, and Crateful is the best. The food is consistently excellent and you can tell that the menu has been created by a really talented chef. I love having all my meals delivered every day, it saves me so much time and stress so I can be more productive during the day.

blah Food is good. Expensive for what you get. They charge extra for not including foods you are allergic to, but still deliver said food. Packing is poor and tops don't stay on. Customer service is lacking. #sad

I thought the food was mostly good... I thought the food was mostly good and had a nice presentation, but that the overall experience was lacking a personal touch and customer appreciation, right down to the confirmation email. Some of the meals seemed extra oily and soggy (dinners in particular). I tested it out for a few days and decided to go with another chef for my next meal delivery.
