GBNot the best esp. for vegan options Honestly, not the best but not the worst. Their delivery system and communication is on point but their food was lacking. It may be because I had a vegan menu and they don't know how to make vegan food that is on par with the non vegan food but still that is not really an excuse... most of the meals I had a hard time being any bit excited about. Long story short, if you're looking for a vegan option, even this pretty expensive option was sub par. I stopped my subscription after the first 3 weeks.

CAWon't be purchasing again I tried this service for a week and received several dishes with an allergen that I had specified that I have an anaphylactic reaction to. When I later gave this feedback in a survey, I was made to feel like it was my fault that I didn't give immediate feedback. Wow, the customer service really is poor.

GBOverall Good but with Room for… Overall Good but with Room for Improvement Delivery and scheduling was very easy and they have very responsive customer service but the meals are repetitive. I wish their was more variety. Also some of the meals are basic salads, which feel like I am overpaying for the service.

GBCrateful meals are delicious and… Crateful meals are delicious and satisfying. I never feel hungry, get all the nutrients I need and don't feel deprived as I lose weight.

GBCommunication with Crateful was not a… Communication with Crateful was not a good experience. My partner and I reached out to them to see if they were a good fit for our wedding, and it became apparent to us that the owners behind the company are just not nice. They became very defensive after it was clear that it was not working out, even after we declined their offer. Needless to say, will not be recommending them to our family and friends.
