Excellent Service We have recently joined Clover for our card machine services. Steve Sidney from Clover made the whole experience very easy from start to finish. He sorted everything for us, and also saved us a great deal on our over all charges too. He is easy to connect and is very generous with his time. The card machine itself is easy to understand and operate. If you are thinking of changing your card machine provider I would not hesitate to recommend. A well deserved 5 star review !!

Not Recommended Had months of trying to get the system right but could not be integrated with online payments on our website so useless! Sales rep made lots of promises then could never speak to him again, customer services are easy enough to contact (by email) but slow to respond. Now we have changed to another card payment provider because Clover would not work with our website but we are still being charged fees and they will not uphold our claim.

He is a valued member of your company. Darrick met my company needs and aligned my needs with applicable products and services. He made himself available to answer questions after initial contact. I've been using Clover for 5 years now… I've been using Clover for 5 years now and, I have had nothing but Great customer service, easy to set up and navigate the equipment. I didn't need IT to help set me up.

Excellent Customer Service...top notch! Kevin was awesome! We were running against time to get a solution in place. Connected with Kevin at 10 PM through the website, scheduled a call next day for 10 AM, he was then onsite the same day at 2 PM for the demo, signed the deal the same day 3 PM! Product arrived in less than 2 business days, he was onsite again to ensure it was setup right and we were good to go! Kevin was god sent..customer service second to none!
