GBWhen it comes to clover the technology… When it comes to clover the technology is behind. They run updates during peak hours which limits your capability. The customer service is absolutely the worst. You will get transferred in circles and spend a lifetime on hold. If you have an issue that is not solely expressed in the customer service reps guidelines they will not understand since it is all out sourced. My opinion after 3 years of clover would be to sign up for toast.

GBDon't hesitate to make the move, Clover is superb from first contact to additional support, Neil from the South west group of Clover has just been superb. Moving from Barclays to Clover was the easiest thing and we had to do virtually nothing, everything was done for us, saving us time and money in the process as well as moving to a much more 'user friendly' POS which includes an online portal where everything is so clear and accessible. the POS were so easy to set up and we now have 2 for our shop.

GBNew Customer Three months ago, I was offered Clover from my banking institution. I have been using it since. As a new business owner, it was a very good setup for my business. I will recommend it to those who are beginning their business dream. The transaction fees are low.

GBOver Paid Card Transaction Fees The question I have is about the settle lawsuit of which I signed a document to allow fishery to handle my claim. I have never heard about it since.

GBNot Recommended Had months of trying to get the system right but could not be integrated with online payments on our website so useless! Sales rep made lots of promises then could never speak to him again, customer services are easy enough to contact (by email) but slow to respond. Now we have changed to another card payment provider because Clover would not work with our website but we are still being charged fees and they will not uphold our claim.
