Connected with Kevin at 10 PM through the website, scheduled a call next day for 10 AM, he was then onsite the same day at 2 PM for the demo, signed the deal the same day 3 PM! Product arrived in less than 2 business days, he was onsite again to ensure it was setup right and we were good to go! Kevin was god sent..customer service second to none!

They entered the wrong bank account… They entered the wrong bank account number on our account. Which the froze the account. After being passed around to several persons no resolution. They promised they would resolve, immediately. 3 days later my account is still frozen. I called back and have been passed to several different departments. Back and forth to the same department. This is their MISTAKE. Second time speaking to them for over 2 hours each time.
