The customer service is absolutely the worst. You will get transferred in circles and spend a lifetime on hold. If you have an issue that is not solely expressed in the customer service reps guidelines they will not understand since it is all out sourced. My opinion after 3 years of clover would be to sign up for toast.

I would recommend going to a big bank chase or bank of America or another big bank and open up a merchant account with them

Excellent Customer Service...top notch! Kevin was awesome! We were running against time to get a solution in place. Connected with Kevin at 10 PM through the website, scheduled a call next day for 10 AM, he was then onsite the same day at 2 PM for the demo, signed the deal the same day 3 PM! Product arrived in less than 2 business days, he was onsite again to ensure it was setup right and we were good to go! Kevin was god sent..customer service second to none!
