GBThey entered the wrong bank account… They entered the wrong bank account number on our account. Which the froze the account. After being passed around to several persons no resolution. They promised they would resolve, immediately. 3 days later my account is still frozen. I called back and have been passed to several different departments. Back and forth to the same department. This is their MISTAKE. Second time speaking to them for over 2 hours each time.

GBClover a disaster all over Missold a contract and other charges like market app. Customer services and complaints unhelpful and its like banging the head against a wall. Was told 12 months contract and now turns out it 36 months. No mention of charges when signing up for market app now being charged every month. Keep well away from this unprofessional company.

GBSpoke to one of their salespeople… Spoke to one of their salespeople today who spent the call (about 3mins) telling me why they did not want to waste my time. Trust is without trying very hard he put us in the too hard basket and did not want to make the effort to sign us up. I assume he is commissioned based and did not see an east win for himself, nothing to do with us or clover.

GBNot Recommended Had months of trying to get the system right but could not be integrated with online payments on our website so useless! Sales rep made lots of promises then could never speak to him again, customer services are easy enough to contact (by email) but slow to respond. Now we have changed to another card payment provider because Clover would not work with our website but we are still being charged fees and they will not uphold our claim.
