GBWhen it comes to clover the technology… When it comes to clover the technology is behind. They run updates during peak hours which limits your capability. The customer service is absolutely the worst. You will get transferred in circles and spend a lifetime on hold. If you have an issue that is not solely expressed in the customer service reps guidelines they will not understand since it is all out sourced. My opinion after 3 years of clover would be to sign up for toast.

GBthey are the worst merchant i have… they are the worst merchant i have dealt with in my 20 years of doing business. When you call customer service no one knows what's going on and everyone tells you something different. There is always a problem when it come to them depositing your. I would recommend going to a big bank chase or bank of America or another big bank and open up a merchant account with them

GBClover a disaster all over Missold a contract and other charges like market app. Customer services and complaints unhelpful and its like banging the head against a wall. Was told 12 months contract and now turns out it 36 months. No mention of charges when signing up for market app now being charged every month. Keep well away from this unprofessional company.

GBExcellent Customer Service...top notch! Kevin was awesome! We were running against time to get a solution in place. Connected with Kevin at 10 PM through the website, scheduled a call next day for 10 AM, he was then onsite the same day at 2 PM for the demo, signed the deal the same day 3 PM! Product arrived in less than 2 business days, he was onsite again to ensure it was setup right and we were good to go! Kevin was god sent..customer service second to none!

GBDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Words can't express how bad my experience was with this company. The numerous hidden charges, the made-up fees, the unbelivable convoluted cancellation process. If I only had time to warn you off. Don't do business with this company. They locked me in to a 48 month lease on the equivalent of a cheap cash drawer and a 3 year old version of an iPad mini. I had to pay $456 to get out of that. Also, you have to remove apps from the device or they charge you for those. In addition, you must box up the equipment and include a series of serial numbers for each device and power chord when sending it back. Once sent, you have to call them and give them the tracking#. All designed to make it difficult to leave them. However, their business practices had made me so angry, I would have done or paid almost anything to get out from under these people. They split up everything. You are paying through the nose without even realizing it. Then they add a compliance fee of over $50/mo. I jumped through all their hoops to try and get this removed but they just kept telling me I was out of compliance and they kepy charging me. What these guys do to small businesses should be criminal. I am so much happier with Square. No hidden fees or charges. Everything is transparent. No impossible to avoid compliance fees. I am still not out from under the Clover thumb but hope to be soon. It's like having a Timeshare. You can never get out of it! Beware!!!
