On boarding process Customer Service is amazing. They always try to help with any issue. Unfortunately, on boarding was very painful for us. We had menu review and suggested changes for two stores but they lost those suggestions when we opened one of the stores. Then menus looked different on both menus. We carried out those issues until now just because on boarding process was very bad.

24/7 Customer Support us UNTRUE 24/7 Customer Support us UNTRUE! System glitch charging customers twice, leaving us to explain the mess. Other than being portable Toast is only slightly better than our old PC America. Try fighting for your clients when a chargeback is presented. Provided video proof of client eating/drinking, swiping card, and adding a tip, only to get a chargeback.

Toast is AWESOME Toast made setup and the "go live" process so easy. This system is very user-friendly. Toast has a great staff, and their customer service is top tier. Due to their POS systems being created exclusively for restaurants, they understand our needs unlike any other POS company does. Cannot recommend Toast enough, I am highly satisfied!
