GBI absolutely love Toast I absolutely love Toast! The integrations, it's user friendly and my staff and customers love the capabilities as well. I recommend Toast to all of my business owner friends

GBA Toast to Toast Very different than aloha. If you're used to one and have to switch to the other there's a bit of a learning curve, however, toast is a little more innately logically set up. Toast is also extremely easy to access and edit menus/POS set up. I also like the online ordering feature for guests to utilize without having to call in.

GBOverall a very solid POS system Overall a very solid POS system. Great for front end interface and solid reports for managers/owners. Only downside is when the internet goes down some systems do not work properly but that rarely happens.

GBToast is using my phone # for testing I keep getting text messages from Toast for phantom orders placed at a restaurant that is not in business/does not have a phone number. I called Toast, assuming my number was being used as a testing number to get them to stop sending me messages/using my phone number for testing but they were apparently unable to find anything out about the restaurant or their transactions being run at that restaurant. Please stop spamming my phone!

GBGreat POS system, marginal support The system is top notch and really does just about everything a restaurant needs. The issues I have are the continuous updating and changing settings which make you relearn the app too frequently. My employees get frustrated because they become familiar with the very subtle uses of the program and then they go and change it, and not for the better. Also the tech support has seriously declined over the 8 years we've been with the company. It's almost impossible to get someone you can understand over the phone so I almost always use the online chat feature.
