Beware They're Unreliable Beware They're Unreliable! In 4 weeks of ordering they got one order right. The first order came as expected, the second order arrived and none of the food was what I ordered. The next two weeks were delivered a day late making the food unsafe to eat. Terra's Kitchen is totally unreliable.

Although Terra's staff has been great … Although Terra's staff has been great at offering "store credits" when ingredients are not available or not up to standard, this happens far too often to permit 5 stars. Also, please improve upon the basil, all but one time (for different recipes and salads) it has arrived brown and slimy.

Generally good food/recipes, mediocre user interface The food is good and most of the recipes we have tried have been very tasty - a few have been bland. We recipes changed/ were added a bit more frequently. We have had some challenges with the way the website works and the service overall but we’ve kept our subscription rolling regardless and things have been sorted out relatively quickly. Ordering could be simpler but it’s not horrible if you don’t have to change anything (like the day for a given weeks delivery etc)

They just canceled my order! First delivery was pretty good, so I was very excited for the second week delivery. However it was just canceled due to weather. Wished that they attempt to reschedule or accommodate my need. I guess it is not very flexible when it comes to date of delivery, and they just cancel orders... That part I was not happy because I plan ahead to order things, and I was counting on the delivery...

Our experience started off great Our experience started off great, however, over time we began to see a decline in the quality of food. The menu has fewer new and exciting vegetarian/pescatarian options and as a result we have opted to skip a few weeks in the hopes of new menu items. For now, we will continue to skip weeks or cancel all together. It's a shame because the convenience is great, but not worth the price at this time.
