GBTerra's Kitchen Delivered 7 Month Old, Rotted Food I wanted to try Terra's Kitchen, and so I placed an order in September 2017. It never showed up, so they refunded my money. Fine. I come home in April 2018 to a Terra's Kitchen box -- yep, the same one that shipped in September sitting on my doorstep. They delivered SEVEN MONTH OLD FOOD. I have called and e-mailed Terra's Kitchen repeatedly and they haven't come to dispose of the disgusting, bio hazard of a box. Terra's Kitchen also hasn't tried to apologize or explain why this happened to me. Terrible service.

GBLove the variety! I love the variety they offer from fresh fruits, salads, soups, snacks and family size meals. I am a picky eater so it's easy to get stuck choosing the same thing but Terra's Kitchen has helped me to try new things & I have never been disappointed. Also, having everything pre-cut makes it much easier to fix a healthy meal after a long and stressful day versus ordering take-out all the time!

GBThey just canceled my order! First delivery was pretty good, so I was very excited for the second week delivery. However it was just canceled due to weather. Wished that they attempt to reschedule or accommodate my need. I guess it is not very flexible when it comes to date of delivery, and they just cancel orders... That part I was not happy because I plan ahead to order things, and I was counting on the delivery...

GBThe food was great The food was great, deliver was great. I needed to cancel my subscription which i canceled on website. and then next week I got another order. I though okay it was just the first week after cancelling but now it's been 5 weeks and I get an email every Monday thanking me for my order. and every Monday i send and email about canceling today was the worst I got a response telling me to check my junk folder about notification. Which every where else it say i'm canceled and i'm not getting those email.

GBI started several weeks ago I started several weeks ago. Love the vessel they ship in. Love the concept overall. Customer service is very slow to respond and not available at all on weekends. Food is always- 100% of the time missing an item. Deliveries have been late or not made at all 50% of the time. I will give this one more week and then cancel if not perfect next delivery.
