Beware They're Unreliable Beware They're Unreliable! In 4 weeks of ordering they got one order right. The first order came as expected, the second order arrived and none of the food was what I ordered. The next two weeks were delivered a day late making the food unsafe to eat. Terra's Kitchen is totally unreliable.

Love the variety! I love the variety they offer from fresh fruits, salads, soups, snacks and family size meals. I am a picky eater so it's easy to get stuck choosing the same thing but Terra's Kitchen has helped me to try new things & I have never been disappointed. Also, having everything pre-cut makes it much easier to fix a healthy meal after a long and stressful day versus ordering take-out all the time!

Terra's Kitchen Delivered 7 Month Old, Rotted Food I wanted to try Terra's Kitchen, and so I placed an order in September 2017. It never showed up, so they refunded my money. Fine. I come home in April 2018 to a Terra's Kitchen box -- yep, the same one that shipped in September sitting on my doorstep. They delivered SEVEN MONTH OLD FOOD. I have called and e-mailed Terra's Kitchen repeatedly and they haven't come to dispose of the disgusting, bio hazard of a box. Terra's Kitchen also hasn't tried to apologize or explain why this happened to me. Terrible service.

There isn't a lot of variety, Terrible delivery service There isn't a lot of variety. We've had a lot of issues with delivery not being on time to Terra's Kitchen would cancel our order completely. Then scheduling pick up has been a nightmare. The carrier will pick up the empty box then redeliver the empty box the next day; even though the return label is clearly visible.

mixed feelings... Pros: Customer service is very good; no complaints there. Cons: The produce is not organic. The quality of the food is average. I've received bad fish and under-ripe produce. There have been items missing from box as well. But in all fairness, they have credited the amount of 'bad' and missing items. Hence, very good marks for customer service. So, it is a good service with a larger than most selection.
