Excellent service! Excellent service. We have tried 3 other meal prep services and this is the one my daughter likes the best. I really appreciate the delivery system since I don’t like contributing extra packaging pollution to the world. I now have my kids each cooking dinner once a week. The freshness can slightly be off but that’s a trade off with the convenience of precut ingredients.

There isn't a lot of variety, Terrible delivery service There isn't a lot of variety. We've had a lot of issues with delivery not being on time to Terra's Kitchen would cancel our order completely. Then scheduling pick up has been a nightmare. The carrier will pick up the empty box then redeliver the empty box the next day; even though the return label is clearly visible.

I am happy with the food and delivery I am happy with the food and delivery. They now require 100 purchase to qualify for free shipping which was not previously the case. Being the only one to eat Terra's Kitchen, $100 per week is too much food and more expensive than taking the time to grocery shop myself. Was happier before this change and found it a reasonable option. It would be good for families or couples interested in eating the meals more than a few times per week.

The food was great The food was great, deliver was great. I needed to cancel my subscription which i canceled on website. and then next week I got another order. I though okay it was just the first week after cancelling but now it's been 5 weeks and I get an email every Monday thanking me for my order. and every Monday i send and email about canceling today was the worst I got a response telling me to check my junk folder about notification. Which every where else it say i'm canceled and i'm not getting those email.

Generally good food/recipes, mediocre user interface The food is good and most of the recipes we have tried have been very tasty - a few have been bland. We recipes changed/ were added a bit more frequently. We have had some challenges with the way the website works and the service overall but we’ve kept our subscription rolling regardless and things have been sorted out relatively quickly. Ordering could be simpler but it’s not horrible if you don’t have to change anything (like the day for a given weeks delivery etc)
