GBCrete Gold 5L Tin olive oil may be adulterated. I bought "Crete Gold 3L Tin" olive oil last May and it was of good quality. When I placed part of the olive oil in the refrigerator, it solidified. However, on Black Friday in November, I purchased another 5L of the same olive oil because it was on sale. Unfortunately, the quality was very poor. It did not solidify after I placed it into the refrigerator. It had a very light color and taste, and my husband experienced diarrhea many times after consuming it. I strongly suspect that this olive oil is adulterated and not 100% pure olive oil. I do not recommend purchasing it. Olive Oil Lovers, please refund.

GBThe Olive Oil is excellent, the business practice is not. The Olive Oil is excellent. I have a favorite that I repeat buy, and will continue to do so. However, I was recently very disappointed in a recent exchange with customer service and the arrogance and poor business attitude of OOL. I had ordered and received two bottles of olive oil. One leaked in shipment. When I contacted OOL customer service for a replacement (which I promptly received), the customer service rep immediately began blaming the shipper for the leaking oil. Even after I sent pictures and explained that the box that my order was shipped in was completely intact with no visible damage except for where the oil leaked. It was a problem with the seal on the bottle and had nothing to do with the shipper. When you held and tipped the bottle past vertical, oil seeped out. The other bottle was sealed properly and did not leak. This information did not matter. A second time, the customer service rep blamed and apologized for the shipper and said a claim had been filed with them. Which I consider absolute fraud. As a small business owner myself, to run a business and not take responsibility for your own product issues is arrogant and petty. Never mind filing fraudulent claims with your shippers for problems that are clearly yours. I will continue to buy my oil because I can’t get it anywhere else. But as a business, I couldn’t be more unimpressed with Olive Oil Lovers.

GBpoor customer service Olive oil lovers has become a true Olive Oil trafficing with little to no customer service, if you think you're going to get a customer service agent to take a phone call so you can ask questions about oil before buying guess again. They rely solely on email which is the new snail mail. When a customer is trying to decide on a purchase they need to speak with someone at that moment not days later when customer service decides it's time to get back to you. If not for the poor customer service I would continue to buy from them. But immediate customer service with the ability to take phone calls nowadays is the most important thing. Peggy
