The ordering process was great The ordering process was great, surprisingly it didn't take that long to come from India but makes the cost a little pricey. I am on Day 4, not sure if I see or feel the affects as of yet. Day 1 was rough, I decided to not drink coffee as I normally do and by afternoon, I had a massive headache due to caffeine withdrawal. I ended up drinking tea that evening which helped. Every morning after, I have been drinking tea and I've been fine.

Substandard packaging…..The packaging was really bad,both… The packaging was really bad,both plastic trays were broken open exposing the dates to contamination. The plastic seal tape was on place but the trays were crushed. Had to throw away the dates that were plugging the tears. I love these type of dates was disappointing to throw away such a good produce. Thank You. V/R Marc

Not Australian as they claim They advertised that they were an Australian company but the order came from India. The chocolates I bought were badly metled and unedible. They charged $40 for a lindt chocolate tin that literally only had 5 chocolates in it. I'm furious

No shipping confirmation BUT I… No shipping confirmation BUT I contacted them and they sent tracking almost immediately. I did get my pkg when it said I would and the product was as described. Actually one of the most nutritious foods on the planet and hard to find here.

Ordered from navafresh couple weeks… AND IT CAME Ordered from navafresh couple weeks ago. Like others orders I got the processing confirmation email and awaiting a delivery confirmation email . Sent a couple emails to ask about it but I've had no reply of as yet. I see someone is still active replying to theses reviews and I hope I ened up like some of the others that have received there order late . I did call the premium number for navafresh and got a charge for that too. .... I had contract via email with NAVAFRESH with tracking number and explaining the current situation. Item should arrive soon. Thank you NAVAFRESH. I RECEIVED ITEM TODAY AS PROMISED. THE COMPANY ARE LEGIT . THANKS FOR THE HELP .
