Don't buy from this company Still waiting for my promised in writing refund. Worst customer service ever. They really don't care. Then they just stop replying to you. Don't buy from this company. 8th April, finely got my long promised refund. To be clear, my issue with this company was that I was promised a refund before they delivered a dirty unuseable item. After making that promise they charged their mind and expected me to accept that item. I was then offered a voucher and asked to keep unusable item. To cut a long story short. Never again. Even offered me another voucher instead of refund. Thankfully I have my refund and no I will never shop with you again

Not Australian as they claim They advertised that they were an Australian company but the order came from India. The chocolates I bought were badly metled and unedible. They charged $40 for a lindt chocolate tin that literally only had 5 chocolates in it. I'm furious

Sorry Ass Company Worst company ever. I will never, ever try to buy from them again. I've learned that any African, or Nigerian are out to get you for your money buying online. It was a purchase of 38.00 for some damn watermelon juice I paid for on 3/13/2024, and as of today 4/06/2024 I haven't received anything. I wish I can say what's really on my mind about this, but it won't let me send it like that. People, don't let em get you like they got me. It's not the amount, it's the principle. Bought few pickles from this seller and… Bought few pickles from this seller and appalled by their poor quality( opposite to what is advertised on their website). Exuberant price for the quality they deliver. Pathetic service Delivery time> 2 months!!! Delivered brand that was not ordered. Poor communcation AND again very poor quality products. Please refrain from buying from this website!!
