Don't buy from this company Still waiting for my promised in writing refund. Worst customer service ever. They really don't care. Then they just stop replying to you. Don't buy from this company. 8th April, finely got my long promised refund. To be clear, my issue with this company was that I was promised a refund before they delivered a dirty unuseable item. After making that promise they charged their mind and expected me to accept that item. I was then offered a voucher and asked to keep unusable item. To cut a long story short. Never again. Even offered me another voucher instead of refund. Thankfully I have my refund and no I will never shop with you again

One of my packages came broke but… One of my packages came broke but Navafresh support were so quick to reach out and help me. They are so quick to change your order for you or resend your package if anything happens. And even if it takes a fair bit for your package to get to you (2 weeks) I can’t fault them tremendously for that since it’s international goods. So again, thank you so much :).

Sorry Ass Company Worst company ever. I will never, ever try to buy from them again. I've learned that any African, or Nigerian are out to get you for your money buying online. It was a purchase of 38.00 for some damn watermelon juice I paid for on 3/13/2024, and as of today 4/06/2024 I haven't received anything. I wish I can say what's really on my mind about this, but it won't let me send it like that. People, don't let em get you like they got me. It's not the amount, it's the principle. And I am pissed off...

Great Ayurvedic product at great cost in the U.S. I did not expect that this Ayurvedic medicine would be available in the U.S. at such reasonable rate as compared to other enders although shipping and handling fee is a little high. Overall, the product is still at a better rate and very easy to order it online.

Did not receive the authentic product listed on their website Made the order on 20th March, and received it on 15th April. The product was not the one in the photo on their website - on their website the product is branded (Queen of Thrones Castor Oil Packs) and what I received was a different generic product!
