Did not receive the authentic product listed on their website Made the order on 20th March, and received it on 15th April. The product was not the one in the photo on their website - on their website the product is branded (Queen of Thrones Castor Oil Packs) and what I received was a different generic product!

Sent a couple emails to ask about it but I've had no reply of as yet. I see someone is still active replying to theses reviews and I hope I ened up like some of the others that have received there order late . I did call the premium number for navafresh and got a charge for that too. .... I had contract via email with NAVAFRESH with tracking number and explaining the current situation. Sorry Ass Company Worst company ever. I will never, ever try to buy from them again. I've learned that any African, or Nigerian are out to get you for your money buying online. It was a purchase of 38.00 for some damn watermelon juice I paid for on 3/13/2024, and as of today 4/06/2024 I haven't received anything. I wish I can say what's really on my mind about this, but it won't let me send it like that. People, don't let em get you like they got me. It's not the amount, it's the principle. And I am pissed off...
