On the decline I love this bank but their focus has shifted away from everyday checking and has focused their attention on their business checking. The rewards aren't the same and honestly there are better options out there for online banking. Bring back the instant 10$ referrals, and give customers better perks for card upgrades.

BE WARNED!!! I used to love oxygen for years it was my only debit card until I recently had my tax refund deposited to my oxygen account. Then they froze my account and would not unfreeze it even after verifying my identity, became impossible to deal with and would not return calls or emails, and couldn't even give me consistent information between different customer service representatives. Then I looked online and found out I'm not alone. TONS of people are having the same issue as me. They used to be great but now OXYGEN IS A SCAM. They are now closing my account and I'm praying they send me my money back by check but I'm not going to hold my breath. So far they have held my money for 10 months and will not release it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I have been an Oxygen Banking member… I have been an Oxygen Banking member for a year. Everything was fine until I was a victim of theft and subsequent fraud. My phone was stolen and all my accounts that were tied to my phone were ruined. I provided a police report and oxygen said “no error found” and denied the claim. I refuse to be on the hook for $450 I never spent. Avoid oxygen at all costs. On advice of others I’ll be submitting to the BBB and FTC. Visa guarantees its customers 0% liability for unauthorized charges. They re opened the dispute and it’s looking like this will be a 6 week process. I’ve reached out to my states attorney general and filed a grievance with their office.

Amazing that about sums up this banking… Amazing that about sums up this banking institution. From the travel benefits you rarely see on anything but high unachievable credit cards to the ease of use of their app usually found only on the most modern of banks it all is there and works perfectly add in the burnable cards for online shopping and it just makes them the perfect choice for a banking partner. And it looks like they will be adding more benefits in the future so I will definitely be sticking with them for the long run.
