BE WARNED!!! I used to love oxygen for years it was my only debit card until I recently had my tax refund deposited to my oxygen account. Then they froze my account and would not unfreeze it even after verifying my identity, became impossible to deal with and would not return calls or emails, and couldn't even give me consistent information between different customer service representatives. Then I looked online and found out I'm not alone. TONS of people are having the same issue as me. They used to be great but now OXYGEN IS A SCAM. They are now closing my account and I'm praying they send me my money back by check but I'm not going to hold my breath. So far they have held my money for 10 months and will not release it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I feel safe with the extra steps they take to verify that who I say I am go the extra mile to help a customer example I had charges on my account that weren't mine and I went to shut the car down and the middle of the next day I'll send my card wasn't working and when I called they turned it back on from one more time so I could use it and have been on it ever since. On the decline I love this bank but their focus has shifted away from everyday checking and has focused their attention on their business checking. The rewards aren't the same and honestly there are better options out there for online banking. Bring back the instant 10$ referrals, and give customers better perks for card upgrades.
