I feel safe with the extra steps they take to verify that who I say I am go the extra mile to help a customer example I had charges on my account that weren't mine and I went to shut the car down and the middle of the next day I'll send my card wasn't working and when I called they turned it back on from one more time so I could use it and have been on it ever since. From the travel benefits you rarely see on anything but high unachievable credit cards to the ease of use of their app usually found only on the most modern of banks it all is there and works perfectly add in the burnable cards for online shopping and it just makes them the perfect choice for a banking partner. And it looks like they will be adding more benefits in the future so I will definitely be sticking with them for the long run.

Love this banking! Absolutely love using this banking service the only down fall was having to pay $300 for the fire element and the fact how when u go to an ATM that charges you $3 to pull money out, ok that's fine but what's not fake is how oxygen also charges you am extra $3 just for still doing that. Which I'm not so sure how come that happens but it sucks! The perks are great can't complain their! Even tho the fire element cost so much for the card I cant however fully complain about the price when the card is just wonderful and so worth the money spent!

Cashback is meh but the only positive. Cashback is cool, but waiting a til "oxygen day" (every month on the 8th) to use it is stupid. So you're locked out of cashback, but it use to be as soon as you hit the $10 minimum. They don't have any credit builders, loans, line of credit, or anything like varo, chime, Albert.

you changed the cashback experience you changed the cashback experience. Its a hassle and unappealing to even use the cashback feature anymore. you could at least now make it automatic cashback and not limit the variety of retailers to just 1% of all available companies. you could implement all food $1 back not just 10 different restaurants and all other retail the 5 or 6% depending on element level and exclude all money transfer. most every transaction already is categorized so I don't get why you're system can't automatically process cashback for each category on a weekly and daily basis. I don't want to be forced to limit my shopping to a select few retailers of your choosing to get cashback!
