The latest update has heavily restricted which vendors cashback can be earned at and when your cashback rewards can be deposited to your account. They've also reduced the amount of money earned per purchase. Unfortunately after a few years with Oxygen it may be time to move on.

If emailing worked they wouldn't have fraudulently stolen my money, sent me proof via email then spent months lying about it like they don't understand what a receipt is.
