GBNo longer appealing Cashback incentives were the biggest reason I loved this bank. The latest update has heavily restricted which vendors cashback can be earned at and when your cashback rewards can be deposited to your account. They've also reduced the amount of money earned per purchase. Unfortunately after a few years with Oxygen it may be time to move on.

GBBE WARNED!!! I used to love oxygen for years it was my only debit card until I recently had my tax refund deposited to my oxygen account. Then they froze my account and would not unfreeze it even after verifying my identity, became impossible to deal with and would not return calls or emails, and couldn't even give me consistent information between different customer service representatives. Then I looked online and found out I'm not alone. TONS of people are having the same issue as me. They used to be great but now OXYGEN IS A SCAM. They are now closing my account and I'm praying they send me my money back by check but I'm not going to hold my breath. So far they have held my money for 10 months and will not release it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

GBWorthless frauds don't let these liars rob you too too stupid to read or do your own jobs. Just another fake "bank" full of fraud and false advertising I get to sue. Don't care if you want to cry about me stating your illegal actions out loud won't change facts. And their response is as full of worthless lies as they are. If emailing worked they wouldn't have fraudulently stolen my money, sent me proof via email then spent months lying about it like they don't understand what a receipt is.

GBCashback is meh but the only positive. Cashback is cool, but waiting a til "oxygen day" (every month on the 8th) to use it is stupid. So you're locked out of cashback, but it use to be as soon as you hit the $10 minimum. They don't have any credit builders, loans, line of credit, or anything like varo, chime, Albert.

I feel safe with the extra steps they take to verify that who I say I am go the extra mile to help a customer example I had charges on my account that weren't mine and I went to shut the car down and the middle of the next day I'll send my card wasn't working and when I called they turned it back on from one more time so I could use it and have been on it ever since. Excellent banking employees.
