GByou changed the cashback experience you changed the cashback experience. Its a hassle and unappealing to even use the cashback feature anymore. you could at least now make it automatic cashback and not limit the variety of retailers to just 1% of all available companies. you could implement all food $1 back not just 10 different restaurants and all other retail the 5 or 6% depending on element level and exclude all money transfer. most every transaction already is categorized so I don't get why you're system can't automatically process cashback for each category on a weekly and daily basis. I don't want to be forced to limit my shopping to a select few retailers of your choosing to get cashback!

GBLove this banking! Absolutely love using this banking service the only down fall was having to pay $300 for the fire element and the fact how when u go to an ATM that charges you $3 to pull money out, ok that's fine but what's not fake is how oxygen also charges you am extra $3 just for still doing that. Which I'm not so sure how come that happens but it sucks! The perks are great can't complain their! Even tho the fire element cost so much for the card I cant however fully complain about the price when the card is just wonderful and so worth the money spent!

GBI have been an Oxygen Banking member… I have been an Oxygen Banking member for a year. Everything was fine until I was a victim of theft and subsequent fraud. My phone was stolen and all my accounts that were tied to my phone were ruined. I provided a police report and oxygen said “no error found” and denied the claim. I refuse to be on the hook for $450 I never spent. Avoid oxygen at all costs. On advice of others I’ll be submitting to the BBB and FTC. Visa guarantees its customers 0% liability for unauthorized charges. They re opened the dispute and it’s looking like this will be a 6 week process. I’ve reached out to my states attorney general and filed a grievance with their office.

GB“Best Bank Ever…” Oxygen has been by far the best bank I’ve ever dealt with I work at Fedex and I put my check in by direct deposit and I always get my check at least 2 days before the other guys that I work with!!! Great savings account also and plenty of cash back opportunities !!! The only thing I would like to see changed is that I can’t get an extra bank card for my wife?????

GBOn the decline I love this bank but their focus has shifted away from everyday checking and has focused their attention on their business checking. The rewards aren't the same and honestly there are better options out there for online banking. Bring back the instant 10$ referrals, and give customers better perks for card upgrades.
