GBFirst off people were polite but first… First off people were polite but first drink came in a dirty glass, then side plates for salad were dirty. We ordered food and when it came two of the three entrees were dried out and tuff to chew. Management arranged for replacement of one. And last but not least on the way to restroom the floor was dirty and there was toilet paper on the floor of restroom and it could b have been cleaner.

GBBest Waiter Ever is there at Olive Garden,Duncanville, Tx. on Cockrell Hill. Hello My name is Gretchen Watts I took My Daughter Kadorian out to have lunch at Olive Garden on Today 03-29. She had a Taste for the Great Salad. Our Waiter came and Introduced Himself, Hi My Name is Desmond B. He was the Best Waiter I,ve ever had when going out to eat. He was so Courteous, Nice and always checking to make sure We where okay.Never had to look or ask where He was. Need more Waiters/ Waitresses like Him. Job Well Done Desmond!!! Need a Really Good Waiter when going to Olive Garden request Desmond B. He is the BEST.

NLWe came in without reservation and felt… We came in without reservation and felt very Welcome. The Food was extremely tastfull, haven‘t had so good and complete before In Europe. Especially the salad and bread which was complementary was amazingly delicious. We are from Europa and should learn from this great extra service. Thank you!

GBGardendale, AL OG, Best Customer Service Went on Date night to Olive Garden in Gardendale AL. First of all it was Friday night @7pm in the place was packed. No wait time for us. From the front door to table customers service was wonderful the waiter was very active and made sure we had everything. Even the manager stop by to say hello and made sure things were OK. Best service ever.

GBThis place has gone downhill This place has gone downhill, its terrible now. I cant imagine no ones ever been there, but if you have not you are lucky, stay that way. If you have been there you will know what i am talking about. Cold breadsticks and warm salad. A mentally challenged high school kid could get that one correct. Quality in taste, pasta was so overcooked i couldnt get half way through entre, it was so overcooked or just old, like when pasta been sitting out for an hour, it was mush! Soap cold too? Soup is like coffee, its a no brainer, serve it hot! Dont even get me started on the little things too like not including silverware when requested or even when requested and included forgetting napkins. Some people dont believe in tipping when they pick up food. I always overtip. So i tip and still have to make drive to store to buy silverware because ours was packed, which is why if they are going to have option, place check in box if you want silverware, how do you screw that up???
