GBEXTREME slow processing of orders! The reason for this 1 star rating isn't the product sold here but the EXTREME slow processing of the order. In today's speedy delivery we are used to from Amazon (FREE 2-day shipping) I just find it unacceptable to have to wait 12-15 days until the order is even processed. Add to that the time for delivery and you surely have to wait THREE (3) weeks. Not acceptable and not appreciated that such slow processing is NOT communicated upon placing the order!

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Order was damaged so I refused shipment. Called and emailed over 10+ times and when finally got a response they said they would credit and never did. So tired of following up with them and getting no where. I will never order again - beware. I do not recommend at all.
