GBIt’s been 48 hours and nothing It’s been 48 hours and nothing. Honestly when I see 24 hours I sort of expect that give or take a few hours but it’s quite frustrating. I was then told could be up to 72 hours. I’m rather irritated by this because I don’t like trusting PayPal at the best of times. The support team got back to me quickly so no fault there but the automated system or approval team really need to step their game up or hire more people

ROPayment process is really slow Sold my knife like 8h ago and the payment through PayPal still not. Although it's advertised that the avg. duration is 6h. I'll wait till tomorrow until those 24h are up and will update the review but to me seems to be fishy. I hope it's not cause I really need those funds. Hello, Skinwallet? 2nd edit: I finally received my funds with a deduction of approx. $0,50 but still. @Skinwallet stuff: please improve the time to wire the funds to the sellers if you want to score more good points. I've updated the review from 2 to 4 stars tho. I'd recommend to massively boost the payment process so people can rely on your services even more and please - make "instant" payouts literally instant.

GBSkinWallet needs Improved Customer Service So used skinwallet around 13/14 days ago. The experience was anything but smooth. I sent the skins and the payment to me error'd (apparently issues with their bots) If this is their normal way of dealings would I return? no. However they did eventually rectify my problem but from reading the reviews of others who've experience similar I will update my review but giving my opinion on what I feel would of helped in my situation. 1. Basic customer service skills/communication - if there is a problem and it's a serious and time consuming as you made this out to be. Then give the customer a time line. It's not good saying 'an admin will be in touch shortly' and 'payments will be starting to be sent in a few days' for a week later no payment made/0 communication on the delay or time frame. In short keep people in the loop and set time frames. If they're delayed it's not ideal but atleast we aren't kept wondering. 2. Overhaul your payment system - I've seen a few issues from bot errors or payment accounts supposedly dry. 3. Website banner/Chain email to warn of potential delays and time-frames. Save your support staff being overwhelmed with support tickets by communicating issues this way as they arise. I feel if you address these issues, you would elevate your customer service levels and avoid easily avoidable complaints. Ultimately my issue was sorted but 3 star is still the best I can review as I feel things could of gone a lot smoother while dealing with the issue.

PLResposne I've already done transacation with this site and it went smooth, i waited 6 hours for my wihtdrawal and was amazed. But now I'm waiting almost 24 hours and still hasnt received money. It's 10 times bigger amount than previous, but I stil feel anxious about my money. Also, I cant find live support option, so It would be great if someone could guide me or provide me with some insights on my money
