CAScam Service is quite bad, less and less restaurants participate and customer service is bad. They also cancel all your unused meals you technically paid for as soon as you skip or cancel one cycle of subscription. Wouldn't make any exceptions even for a long term customer. I do not recommend.

GBDEPLORABLE COMPANY WITH NO MORALS This company is deplorable and have no remorse, nor morals. I was out of the office due to bereavement of my mother who passed for about 2 weeks. I had so many credits leftover because of my time out of the office and requested for them to be rolled over without having to pay for a new subscription. They told me with no empathy that they cannot make an exception and change their policies under any circumstances. Cold hearted company right here that seems to be scamming a lot of people. Not worth it, especially because they lost a lot of partners so the selections suck.

GBI got scammed too I got scammed too. Mealpal used the pandemic to their advantage. In true scumbag exploitative fashion, in moment of crisis, they decide to deactivate and wipe out unused meals and plans, and charge for new plan, without any advance notice! When I wrote them to ask about it, they said it's in the terms and conditions. Way to go Mealpal. Send endless promotional emails to get new business when times are good, but secretly deactivate plans when times are bad. Couldn't even send one warning email to customers to spend down or cancel plan to avoid losing meals or undue charges. Disgusting!

GBMostly Great Before MealPal, I spent $12-$18 on lunch every day in SF. After switching to MealPal in September 2018, I have saved over $1000 on lunch. The options are usually phenomenal and range from healthy salads (which I try to eat) to more hearty things. My only two qualms are 1) portion size varies hugely by restaurant (and it's hard to judge based on a picture), which they've tried to combat by adding more transparency to the menu 2) UI/UX could definitely use improvement especially on the desktop version

GBPictures say 1000 words I very much enjoy the concept and theory. It exposes a clientele to a list of vendors they may not have considered due to the curated nature of the meal. However, pictures should be submitted day of or the exact image of the food that is being picked up. Portions need to be realistic as we know this is slightly discounted but if a person has to buy more food it costs more overall. All in all, love the product and platform and east just want the pick up to represent the picture accurately.
