Advertised loss leader at steep… Advertised loss leader at steep discount. I ordered it. It never came. Company keeps delaying delivery date and offering cancellation, which is inadaquate because I passed on other holiday discounts which no longer are available for this lamp. Dishonest people.

Very bad company I bought an open box (High cone planter by Vondom). It was shipped the wrong item (I received a broken Amax Pendant on a palette!!!!!). After one e-mail with pictures and many calls, we have always the palette on our driveway. they didn't send someone to pickup. The company keeps our money ($443) and seems to do nothing to fix the situation they created. Poor communication and customer service.

Worst Customer Service I bought a Kartell lamp, paying $610. It arrived with only a euro plug. Customer service was the opposite of helpful; in fact, they demanded that I send them a photo of the missing plug! I bought a replacement on Amazon for $3.99 rather than wait a week or two (or more) for them to sort it out. There are many more places to buy expensive lighting that actually care about their customers. Never again.
