VNBeware of Immediate Charges before shipments and loose price match guarantee Placed 4 separate orders on this site. First order was for pretty expensive ceiling lights which I researched on several sites. After purchase on Ylighting, email confirmation shockingly showed dimensions to be half of what they were on every other site. I was able to cancel order, but never received a refund. After patiently waiting and never receiving refund, I called customer service and was refunded the next day. I wondered what if I was too busy to confirm that refund was received....would I have been out of over $1100? On second order of a ceiling fan, I found the same fan on another site at 20% discount. Even though a price match guarantee is offered on the website, customer service said that only applies to the retail price...not any promotions. Also stated by customer service that no charges are made until items ship out. ABSOLUTELY UNTRUE. When I checked my card, I was charged for all 4 orders, none of which were ready to be shipped out. One order which stated custom order with no date, now shows its not set to ship for over 3 months. Looking at other reviews, I wonder whether this will get pushed out further. If you order from here, just keep a close eye on your order and your credit card!

GBIf I could give a negative review I… If I could give a negative review I would. This company is terrible. I bought chairs from them months ago that came with the wrong bottoms. I ordered the replacement chairs and they wouldn't process my return until the replacement chairs came. It took several months for the replacement chairs to come and they just arrived completely damaged. Now I have paid in full for two orders of unusable chairs and am waiting for them to process my refund. They are incompetent and I will never use them for any service ever again. Stay away.

GBCustomer service sucks and is rude… Customer service sucks and is rude while trying to actually purchase a product. Can only imagine they're worse once they have your money!

GBAdvertised loss leader at steep… Advertised loss leader at steep discount. I ordered it. It never came. Company keeps delaying delivery date and offering cancellation, which is inadaquate because I passed on other holiday discounts which no longer are available for this lamp. Dishonest people.

GBBad products and even worse customer service. Don't give your credit card to them!!! so I ordered a LED light fixture and realized it doesnt dim with out a high pitched noise. I was told to replace the dimmer with an electronic ballast dimmer. That still didn't work. So they gave me 25% off which was considerate of them. Then months later I get an emIl stating another fixture us on the way. I called and explained I didn't order this fixture. He said it was no charge and not to worry. So I received another fixture thinking that was nice of them for all my trouble. 2 weeks later they somehow forced my old credit card through to pay 1800 dollars. I spend several days on the phone with their customer service dept to no avail and was last told a supervisor would call me back. That never happened. So now the burden of shipping it back is on me and to add insult to injury I got an email saying if the package isn't packed properly I wouldn't get my refund. Need I say the box arrived barely In one piece.
