GBReceived wrong color and have been… Received wrong color and have been waiting for over a week for instructions on what to do regarding replacement/exchange/return. Have contacted them 5 times, and they keep saying they will reply "shortly".

GBworse customer service I have… worse customer service I have experienced in a long time. they mistakenly canceled a portion of my order and now I am waiting over 6 weeks for the final part I had to re-order for install. spent over 4K and still received awful follow-up. will never order from them again.

GBBad experience Bad experience. Partially shipped my order, long back order for the pending items with zero meaningful updates on status. Received incorrect product after very long wait and they show zero interest in sending me the correct product and making it right. Will never shop here again.

GBWorst Customer Service I bought a Kartell lamp, paying $610. It arrived with only a euro plug. Customer service was the opposite of helpful; in fact, they demanded that I send them a photo of the missing plug! I bought a replacement on Amazon for $3.99 rather than wait a week or two (or more) for them to sort it out. There are many more places to buy expensive lighting that actually care about their customers. Never again.
