Customer service sucks and is rude… Customer service sucks and is rude while trying to actually purchase a product. Can only imagine they're worse once they have your money!

One of the worst customer experiences… One of the worst customer experiences I've had. I was sent an email June 2nd that my order has shipped. It is now July 7th. It hasn't shipped. I've called three times and each time they tell me it will be sent on Friday. It's bedroom furniture. I'd invited guests to stay the weekend of the 4th--a month after I was told it had shipped. I had nowhere for them to sleep. No real apology. No credit. Just a terrible experience all around.

If I could give a negative review I… If I could give a negative review I would. This company is terrible. I bought chairs from them months ago that came with the wrong bottoms. I ordered the replacement chairs and they wouldn't process my return until the replacement chairs came. It took several months for the replacement chairs to come and they just arrived completely damaged. Now I have paid in full for two orders of unusable chairs and am waiting for them to process my refund. They are incompetent and I will never use them for any service ever again. Stay away.
