One of the worst customer experiences… One of the worst customer experiences I've had. I was sent an email June 2nd that my order has shipped. It is now July 7th. It hasn't shipped. I've called three times and each time they tell me it will be sent on Friday. It's bedroom furniture. I'd invited guests to stay the weekend of the 4th--a month after I was told it had shipped. I had nowhere for them to sleep. No real apology. No credit. Just a terrible experience all around.

Beware of Immediate Charges before shipments and loose price match guarantee Placed 4 separate orders on this site. First order was for pretty expensive ceiling lights which I researched on several sites. After purchase on Ylighting, email confirmation shockingly showed dimensions to be half of what they were on every other site. I was able to cancel order, but never received a refund. After patiently waiting and never receiving refund, I called customer service and was refunded the next day. I wondered what if I was too busy to confirm that refund was received....would I have been out of over $1100? On second order of a ceiling fan, I found the same fan on another site at 20% discount. Even though a price match guarantee is offered on the website, customer service said that only applies to the retail price...not any promotions. Also stated by customer service that no charges are made until items ship out. ABSOLUTELY UNTRUE. When I checked my card, I was charged for all 4 orders, none of which were ready to be shipped out. One order which stated custom order with no date, now shows its not set to ship for over 3 months. Looking at other reviews, I wonder whether this will get pushed out further. If you order from here, just keep a close eye on your order and your credit card!

Customer service sucks and is rude… Customer service sucks and is rude while trying to actually purchase a product. Can only imagine they're worse once they have your money!

Worst Customer Service I bought a Kartell lamp, paying $610. It arrived with only a euro plug. Customer service was the opposite of helpful; in fact, they demanded that I send them a photo of the missing plug! I bought a replacement on Amazon for $3.99 rather than wait a week or two (or more) for them to sort it out. There are many more places to buy expensive lighting that actually care about their customers. Never again.

worse customer service I have… worse customer service I have experienced in a long time. they mistakenly canceled a portion of my order and now I am waiting over 6 weeks for the final part I had to re-order for install. spent over 4K and still received awful follow-up. will never order from them again.
