GBBad products and even worse customer service. Don't give your credit card to them!!! so I ordered a LED light fixture and realized it doesnt dim with out a high pitched noise. I was told to replace the dimmer with an electronic ballast dimmer. That still didn't work. So they gave me 25% off which was considerate of them. Then months later I get an emIl stating another fixture us on the way. I called and explained I didn't order this fixture. He said it was no charge and not to worry. So I received another fixture thinking that was nice of them for all my trouble. 2 weeks later they somehow forced my old credit card through to pay 1800 dollars. I spend several days on the phone with their customer service dept to no avail and was last told a supervisor would call me back. That never happened. So now the burden of shipping it back is on me and to add insult to injury I got an email saying if the package isn't packed properly I wouldn't get my refund. Need I say the box arrived barely In one piece.

GBWorst Customer Service I bought a Kartell lamp, paying $610. It arrived with only a euro plug. Customer service was the opposite of helpful; in fact, they demanded that I send them a photo of the missing plug! I bought a replacement on Amazon for $3.99 rather than wait a week or two (or more) for them to sort it out. There are many more places to buy expensive lighting that actually care about their customers. Never again.

GBThe product was not as advertise The product was not as advertise I bought 3 outdoor fans wet rated after 8 months of use they stop working because they were not manufactured for outdoors I ask for a replacement or reimbursement they denied it

GBAdvertised loss leader at steep… Advertised loss leader at steep discount. I ordered it. It never came. Company keeps delaying delivery date and offering cancellation, which is inadaquate because I passed on other holiday discounts which no longer are available for this lamp. Dishonest people.

GBworse customer service I have… worse customer service I have experienced in a long time. they mistakenly canceled a portion of my order and now I am waiting over 6 weeks for the final part I had to re-order for install. spent over 4K and still received awful follow-up. will never order from them again.
