Refused to issue refund Called a restaurant that I ordered from that was pickup only to cancel my order. Was told to call the restaurant instead. In the two minutes it took me to connect to a customer service agent, the restaurant decided to start making my food in a clear money grab that made me in eligible for a refund. The agent was able to offer me a maximum of a $10 refund on a $30 charge, only after I said that the five dollars and seven dollars she originally offered were not acceptable. There were also no supervisors available, so she opened a ticket for me, but I doubt that anyone will call me back. After that she abruptly ended the chat. Poor customer service and I am out $30.

What a three days in advance ray party three hours before they cancel I would give it less than I won I would never use this company.I ordered things 2 days in advance for a party was not delivered and canceled 3 hours before the delivery.What's scheduled... And there is no one to call knowing to write a no explanation.

Call the Restaurant for Takeout This company charged me 25% more for pickup, as if it was delivery. That is ridiculous and when you ask to speak to customer service to cancel before you receive your order, they are rude and hang up. Then they take 30%+ commission from the restaurant.

Seamless apologized and would issue a refund and a 20% coupon. Neither refund nor a 20% coupon happened. A week later, i again contacted Seamless. Apologies, would issue a refund and a 20% coupon. Got the 20% coupon, no refund. Contacted again today, some 3 weeks later. The guy claims it's refunded but he needs virtually all the numbers on my card to "file a report" I've saved screenshots of all relevant records and chats. I'm done giving out numbers, I'm done filing reports about reports. I've moved on to my next step: letting the public know about how I experienced getting cheated by Seamless. Oh, my oh my: the overall rating here at trustpilot seems to be ABYSMAL! I'm so shocked. Save your mental health, get your meals another way.
