Seamless has seems After 5 years of giving this company my money I've finally had enough. Uber eats here I come. Deliveries went terribly and customer service could care less. If u dont appreciate my business, I'll go elsewhere.

Professional Scam Artist I tried to cancel due to the extended wait time and was denied. Then I never received the order. When I called Grub Hub the supervisor told me that they could not do anything about it. I feel that it's because of my race and will be filing a lawsuit.

Seamless is anything but seamless This was the first time we used Seamless. The experience has been anything but seamless. I have 2 emails and a text message from Seamless confirming the order. The Pizza store did not receive the order and I didn't have time to wait for them to start preparing several pizzas. The store said they would refund my $87. Multiple times I contacted the store over the past 12 days because a refund has not appeared on my credit card. They tell me they can't figure out why a refund isn't coming through. I contacted Seamless by chat, the only way they make available to get "Customer Care." Even though I have been working with the store within minutes and again within 24 hours, and again over the past 12 days, Seamless says they won't refund because it has been over 48 hours. I asked for a supervisor, who only continued to repeat their policy. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

They will rip you off by adding a… They will rip you off by adding a tremendous amount of fees and suggested tip and you'll never have an opportunity to stop the transaction. If you cancel, they'll insist they can't give you a refund and will only give you a credit towards a future transaction. The customer support is horrible. Total ripoff.
