GBSeamless has seems After 5 years of giving this company my money I've finally had enough. Uber eats here I come. Deliveries went terribly and customer service could care less. If u dont appreciate my business, I'll go elsewhere.

GBRandom issues Half the time im not being helped properly. Sometimes they mess up, and I am the one who suffers from it. If a restaurant cannot complete my order because they are closed or no longer have the food I want, I still get charged, and im the one that has to wait 5-7 days or more for a refund. Why not instantly refund me so I can order from someone else? Today I placed an order of 2 dishes, but only received one. They're solution is for me to wait a week to get refunded. Great, so now I have to split the food with my wife (which is never an issue for me) only that there are 7 dumplings. The representative abruptly ended the chat when I was still typing. A few of them are rude. If only we could rate them after the chat has ended maybe their boss will take action

GBSeamless rarely disappoints. I have used Seamless for 13 years now. They rarely disappoint and when that happens, it is usually the restaurant's fault and Seamless makes up for it. I have had wonderful experiences with Customer Service. The only thing that seems to have changed lately is that I haven't received a feedback request via text in a while and I think its due to sheer volume as a result of Covid-19.

GBThey didn't deliver the food…I got charged, no refund, no communication Delivery person didn't deliver the food order. I contacted Seamless. Seamless apologized and would issue a refund and a 20% coupon. Neither refund nor a 20% coupon happened. A week later, i again contacted Seamless. Apologies, would issue a refund and a 20% coupon. Got the 20% coupon, no refund. Contacted again today, some 3 weeks later. The guy claims it's refunded but he needs virtually all the numbers on my card to "file a report" I've saved screenshots of all relevant records and chats. I'm done giving out numbers, I'm done filing reports about reports. I've moved on to my next step: letting the public know about how I experienced getting cheated by Seamless. Oh, my oh my: the overall rating here at trustpilot seems to be ABYSMAL! I'm so shocked. Save your mental health, get your meals another way.

GBSeamless is great Seamless is great! The food options are wonderful and if there's a problem with your food order they do all they can to make sure the customer is taken care of. I love the estimated arrival times because they are always pretty accurate. The delivery service is a little pricey once you add up the cost of food, taxes, delivery fee and tip, but when it's late and you don't feel like going out, it's worth it.
