Random issues Half the time im not being helped properly. Sometimes they mess up, and I am the one who suffers from it. If a restaurant cannot complete my order because they are closed or no longer have the food I want, I still get charged, and im the one that has to wait 5-7 days or more for a refund. Why not instantly refund me so I can order from someone else? Today I placed an order of 2 dishes, but only received one. They're solution is for me to wait a week to get refunded. Great, so now I have to split the food with my wife (which is never an issue for me) only that there are 7 dumplings. The representative abruptly ended the chat when I was still typing. A few of them are rude. If only we could rate them after the chat has ended maybe their boss will take action

Seamless is not seamless We ordered McDonalds though Seamless, the driver didn't speak any English and couldn't follow the directions given to find our address. 2 calls with her as well as text, 2 chats with customer service and a phone call with customer service, an hour later we had cold McDonalds. Definitely not worth $40. They gave their scripted empathy but offered no credit whatsoever.

Professional Scam Artist I tried to cancel due to the extended wait time and was denied. Then I never received the order. When I called Grub Hub the supervisor told me that they could not do anything about it. I feel that it's because of my race and will be filing a lawsuit.

Seamless is great Seamless is great! The food options are wonderful and if there's a problem with your food order they do all they can to make sure the customer is taken care of. I love the estimated arrival times because they are always pretty accurate. The delivery service is a little pricey once you add up the cost of food, taxes, delivery fee and tip, but when it's late and you don't feel like going out, it's worth it.

Seamless is no longer what it used to be. The app has gone completely down hill. After a few months of continuous issues, i've decided to delete the app and my account. Pre pandemic, seamless was great, never really found myself having any issues. In the last 6 months however, the price gauging started and the lack of good service became more common. Delayed orders, lack of delivery drivers, higher fees, and usually the end result is a cancelled order and me getting money sent back into my account sometime in the next 5-7 days Paying more money, and having worse service? No thank you. I'm done. I'll just walk to the restaurant I want to eat at, or use Uber Eats
