Got the 20% coupon, no refund. Contacted again today, some 3 weeks later. The guy claims it's refunded but he needs virtually all the numbers on my card to "file a report" I've saved screenshots of all relevant records and chats. I'm done giving out numbers, I'm done filing reports about reports. I've moved on to my next step: letting the public know about how I experienced getting cheated by Seamless. Oh, my oh my: the overall rating here at trustpilot seems to be ABYSMAL! I'm so shocked. Save your mental health, get your meals another way.

Professional Scam Artist I tried to cancel due to the extended wait time and was denied. Then I never received the order. When I called Grub Hub the supervisor told me that they could not do anything about it. I feel that it's because of my race and will be filing a lawsuit.
