GBWhat a three days in advance ray party three hours before they cancel I would give it less than I won I would never use this company.I ordered things 2 days in advance for a party was not delivered and canceled 3 hours before the delivery.What's scheduled... And there is no one to call knowing to write a no explanation.

GBRefused to fix issue until 3 agents in The driver misdelivered my food and instead of fixing the issue, Seamless accused me of putting in a wrong address (even though I had proof it was correct). I had to speak to 3 people before I got help. No excuse for such poor customer care.

GBSeamless has seems After 5 years of giving this company my money I've finally had enough. Uber eats here I come. Deliveries went terribly and customer service could care less. If u dont appreciate my business, I'll go elsewhere.

GBI accidentally went through Seamless to… I accidentally went through Seamless to order pizza from Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut didn't know anything about the special offer that Seamless offered. Also, it was a lot more expensive than if I would have just went through Pizza Hut. I didn't have the food delivered, I picked it up. I won't make this mistake again.

GBSeamless is anything but seamless This was the first time we used Seamless. The experience has been anything but seamless. I have 2 emails and a text message from Seamless confirming the order. The Pizza store did not receive the order and I didn't have time to wait for them to start preparing several pizzas. The store said they would refund my $87. Multiple times I contacted the store over the past 12 days because a refund has not appeared on my credit card. They tell me they can't figure out why a refund isn't coming through. I contacted Seamless by chat, the only way they make available to get "Customer Care." Even though I have been working with the store within minutes and again within 24 hours, and again over the past 12 days, Seamless says they won't refund because it has been over 48 hours. I asked for a supervisor, who only continued to repeat their policy. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
