Refused to issue refund Called a restaurant that I ordered from that was pickup only to cancel my order. Was told to call the restaurant instead. In the two minutes it took me to connect to a customer service agent, the restaurant decided to start making my food in a clear money grab that made me in eligible for a refund. The agent was able to offer me a maximum of a $10 refund on a $30 charge, only after I said that the five dollars and seven dollars she originally offered were not acceptable. There were also no supervisors available, so she opened a ticket for me, but I doubt that anyone will call me back. After that she abruptly ended the chat. Poor customer service and I am out $30.

Would starve to death without it In these "unprecedented times" the very concept of having to feed myself every single day MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY can sometimes be too much to bear. Call the Restaurant for Takeout This company charged me 25% more for pickup, as if it was delivery. That is ridiculous and when you ask to speak to customer service to cancel before you receive your order, they are rude and hang up. Then they take 30%+ commission from the restaurant.

Seamless is not seamless We ordered McDonalds though Seamless, the driver didn't speak any English and couldn't follow the directions given to find our address. 2 calls with her as well as text, 2 chats with customer service and a phone call with customer service, an hour later we had cold McDonalds. Definitely not worth $40. They gave their scripted empathy but offered no credit whatsoever.

They will rip you off by adding a… They will rip you off by adding a tremendous amount of fees and suggested tip and you'll never have an opportunity to stop the transaction. If you cancel, they'll insist they can't give you a refund and will only give you a credit towards a future transaction. The customer support is horrible. Total ripoff.
