GBRefused to issue refund Called a restaurant that I ordered from that was pickup only to cancel my order. Was told to call the restaurant instead. In the two minutes it took me to connect to a customer service agent, the restaurant decided to start making my food in a clear money grab that made me in eligible for a refund. The agent was able to offer me a maximum of a $10 refund on a $30 charge, only after I said that the five dollars and seven dollars she originally offered were not acceptable. There were also no supervisors available, so she opened a ticket for me, but I doubt that anyone will call me back. After that she abruptly ended the chat. Poor customer service and I am out $30.

GBSeamless has seems After 5 years of giving this company my money I've finally had enough. Uber eats here I come. Deliveries went terribly and customer service could care less. If u dont appreciate my business, I'll go elsewhere.

GBSeamless is great Seamless is great! The food options are wonderful and if there's a problem with your food order they do all they can to make sure the customer is taken care of. I love the estimated arrival times because they are always pretty accurate. The delivery service is a little pricey once you add up the cost of food, taxes, delivery fee and tip, but when it's late and you don't feel like going out, it's worth it.

GBSeamless is no longer what it used to be. The app has gone completely down hill. After a few months of continuous issues, i've decided to delete the app and my account. Pre pandemic, seamless was great, never really found myself having any issues. In the last 6 months however, the price gauging started and the lack of good service became more common. Delayed orders, lack of delivery drivers, higher fees, and usually the end result is a cancelled order and me getting money sent back into my account sometime in the next 5-7 days Paying more money, and having worse service? No thank you. I'm done. I'll just walk to the restaurant I want to eat at, or use Uber Eats

GBAccount Continuously Blocked Seamless is a nightmare when your address, neighborhood, or city changes semi-regularly. I have experienced several account lockouts over the past four years. But the app doesn't tell you this; it just suddenly and consistently tells you that your payment methods are invalid. I work in SaaS software engineering and I get it, they're trying to hide that they think fraud is occurring. But in 2023, it can't be that unusual to be in a new city every few months. And it takes an "escalation" to a department that is not immediate; it often takes several days to resolve. Well, their loss. I wonder how many people just give up when they experience this generic failure.
