GBRefused to fix issue until 3 agents in The driver misdelivered my food and instead of fixing the issue, Seamless accused me of putting in a wrong address (even though I had proof it was correct). I had to speak to 3 people before I got help. No excuse for such poor customer care.

GBThey will rip you off by adding a… They will rip you off by adding a tremendous amount of fees and suggested tip and you'll never have an opportunity to stop the transaction. If you cancel, they'll insist they can't give you a refund and will only give you a credit towards a future transaction. The customer support is horrible. Total ripoff.

GBSeamless is great Seamless is great! The food options are wonderful and if there's a problem with your food order they do all they can to make sure the customer is taken care of. I love the estimated arrival times because they are always pretty accurate. The delivery service is a little pricey once you add up the cost of food, taxes, delivery fee and tip, but when it's late and you don't feel like going out, it's worth it.

GBSeamless is no longer what it used to be. The app has gone completely down hill. After a few months of continuous issues, i've decided to delete the app and my account. Pre pandemic, seamless was great, never really found myself having any issues. In the last 6 months however, the price gauging started and the lack of good service became more common. Delayed orders, lack of delivery drivers, higher fees, and usually the end result is a cancelled order and me getting money sent back into my account sometime in the next 5-7 days Paying more money, and having worse service? No thank you. I'm done. I'll just walk to the restaurant I want to eat at, or use Uber Eats

GBWould starve to death without it In these "unprecedented times" the very concept of having to feed myself every single day MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY can sometimes be too much to bear. Seamless takes some of the weight off that existential burden by making it easy to order food and filter by whatever parameter I want. Seamless: keeping depressed people alive since 1999.
