Call the Restaurant for Takeout This company charged me 25% more for pickup, as if it was delivery. That is ridiculous and when you ask to speak to customer service to cancel before you receive your order, they are rude and hang up. Then they take 30%+ commission from the restaurant.

My standards might be low My standards might be low, but my food is always delivered sooner rather than later. Sometimes it's cold, but usually it isn't. Most importantly, I've never had nor heard of Seamless drivers stealing orders or bailing.

Seamless is great Seamless is great! The food options are wonderful and if there's a problem with your food order they do all they can to make sure the customer is taken care of. I love the estimated arrival times because they are always pretty accurate. The delivery service is a little pricey once you add up the cost of food, taxes, delivery fee and tip, but when it's late and you don't feel like going out, it's worth it.
