USAccount Continuously Blocked Seamless is a nightmare when your address, neighborhood, or city changes semi-regularly. I have experienced several account lockouts over the past four years. But the app doesn't tell you this; it just suddenly and consistently tells you that your payment methods are invalid. I work in SaaS software engineering and I get it, they're trying to hide that they think fraud is occurring. But in 2023, it can't be that unusual to be in a new city every few months. And it takes an "escalation" to a department that is not immediate; it often takes several days to resolve. Well, their loss. I wonder how many people just give up when they experience this generic failure.

USSeamless/GrubHub is horrible First off, I have used Seamless prior to them being bought by GrubHub. Ever since that occurred they have gone down the toilet. Drivers taking so much longer than they should, do not follow directions or do not even English. Why they even allow non English speaking drivers baffles me. When you contact customer service, you can spend 50-75.00 for an order and it be ice cold. The customer service rep will offer you 5.00 credit, then if you’re unhappy with that, 7.00. Which honestly doesn’t even cover the service fee they charge. It’s absolutely ridiculous how they have gone downhill. Use Uber Eats. So much better and better customer service.

USThey never deliver food or give… They never deliver food or give refunds. This app is highway robbery! And because it’s a big business it doesn’t even care. Spend $40 for air. Literally received nothing and was told they don’t do redelivers and they can’t refund me. This company is thrash

USWould starve to death without it In these "unprecedented times" the very concept of having to feed myself every single day MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY can sometimes be too much to bear. Seamless takes some of the weight off that existential burden by making it easy to order food and filter by whatever parameter I want. Seamless: keeping depressed people alive since 1999.

USSeamless is not seamless We ordered McDonalds though Seamless, the driver didn't speak any English and couldn't follow the directions given to find our address. 2 calls with her as well as text, 2 chats with customer service and a phone call with customer service, an hour later we had cold McDonalds. Definitely not worth $40. They gave their scripted empathy but offered no credit whatsoever.
