The day stripe closed my account was 30 October 2023 , so In total it's 180 days passed . As it's been 180 days the stripe still not responding and not giving proper reason or answer regarding my holdings balance . I looking for payout from stripe after 180 days but I was wrong as they don't care about there customers who run the business. I will report this into court and file a case against the company as I am stressed and frustrated from my situation they harmed me mentally as they Keep my bussiness shut for 180 days still not giving my hard work funds to me . I will report this to police and I will go to the court regarding this holding balance. Thanks

This company does not protect the… This company does not protect the sellers at all - their customers who bring them money. The support service is a complete zero, with standard response phrases, without any insight into the situation. We had a nonstandard situation where a buyer made a purchase and then a chargeback via Paypal (Stripe synchronises payments via Paypal). When we refunded the buyer via Paypal, we thought it would synchronise with Stripe, but no way - Stripe charged us again and refunded the buyer on their side. It came out a complete nonsense - the buyer got the money twice! Is it common sense that the buyer is receiving a double refund? All the evidence has been provided that we have paid the full amount under the charback dispute. This is nonsense! No amount of proof and no amount of requests could help us... They didn't even look into the situation.
