Here is a chat with Stripe Customer Service during which they inform me that they cannot explain why they are deducting money out of my checking account until AFTER the withdrawal has alread occurred. Unbelievable. Check out this chat with Stripe Customer Service in which they clearly indicate they cannot tell me what a charge is for until AFTER they WITHDRAW IT FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT! You can't make this stuff up. So what is this additional $106? Please just provide a breakdown of that amount. Are you unable to do this? If you are unable to figure this out, how do you expect me to be able to? This process should have taken no more than 2 minutes. I'm not trying to be critical or short with you, but it is a very serious issue when customer service cannot instantly explain what a charge like this is for. P Thank you for waiting. Money is transferred on time Money is transferred on time, makes registration easy. One suggestion, when people buy multiple tickets, there should be place to check under the one name without listing each guest separately. People don;t always know the names when they buy tickets in advance.

This company does not protect the… This company does not protect the sellers at all - their customers who bring them money. The support service is a complete zero, with standard response phrases, without any insight into the situation. We had a nonstandard situation where a buyer made a purchase and then a chargeback via Paypal (Stripe synchronises payments via Paypal). When we refunded the buyer via Paypal, we thought it would synchronise with Stripe, but no way - Stripe charged us again and refunded the buyer on their side. It came out a complete nonsense - the buyer got the money twice! Is it common sense that the buyer is receiving a double refund? All the evidence has been provided that we have paid the full amount under the charback dispute. This is nonsense! No amount of proof and no amount of requests could help us... They didn't even look into the situation.

I love Stripe I love Stripe. I love the updates that my $ is on its way, the ability to create sales links per product, and the site, which was okay to navigate with some attention to the instructions.
