AVOID STRIPE PLATFORM at all cost. AVOID STRIPE PLATFORM at all cost. Please check Stripe.co.uk reviews for real reviews from real customers. They are taking huge amount of money to the stripe platform and then in the name of verification they will hold money for weeks and they wuld decide to close down account, but still will be holding those money in stripe, won't even refunds to customers and won't release it to business, won't even reply to any of your emails. AVOID TO USE STRIPE , there are lot of better genuine options to use same financial services.

Terrible customer support While the platform itself may be very good and well developed, the support team is extremely slow and move away their responsibility on other agents that can't solve the problem either. Right now my funds in SEK have been somewhat held in hostage without me being able to payout due to minimum payout threshold being extremely high. I asked them to convert my SEK to EUR with the 2% conversion rate. After confirming me in livechat they could fix this but the ticket / matter had to be moved over email it took them 1 week to respond saying "Ohh I see you have connected an SEK bank so I would assume you have fixed the problem".... Well, no that did not fix the problem. They are giving me soollutions I have not agreed upon so I contacted the livechat support again and they told me they would have to notify the same people again on the email ticket meaning I would most likely have to wait for another week for a response. Neither can they give me an estimated handling-time for the matter.. I'd give 4/5 stars for the platform / design but 0/5 stars in customer service..

Tori from Stripe Tori went above and beyond. She called me and walked me through my options. She called me and explained everything to me, which I didn't expect. Basically, I was having a problem with something that couldn't be explained over a chat message. That’s why she offered to call me. She has been providing this support because it is something she is passionate about. Tori deserved a raise! It is imperative that you protect her at all costs!!!!!! Please!!!!!

It has been over 6 days, My bank did not accept the payout po_1P4EcGHaMoPgk3Cbh6JjhyXS and it was refunded to Stripe. Very very bad service this is my second acoount, very bad experience with stripe.. bad service im not recomend for any business this service trust me this is very poor service
