GBI love Stripe I love Stripe. I love the updates that my $ is on its way, the ability to create sales links per product, and the site, which was okay to navigate with some attention to the instructions.

ROThis is just bad and without any explanations. Our company is located in Europe and we work with USA clients. Started using their services and within a few days the account got blocked due to fraud even though we have all of the receipts invoices confirmations etc. from the client. Stripe decided for themselves that the client didn't authorize this charge and informed us without any reason that the charges will be released. Now I have to wait for the money to be released and charge again using a different platform. Stripe doesn't even have support besides bots or 1 way phone calls. Dear Stripe Management, If you are reading this contact us to resolve this issue.

LTThis company does not protect the… This company does not protect the sellers at all - their customers who bring them money. The support service is a complete zero, with standard response phrases, without any insight into the situation. We had a nonstandard situation where a buyer made a purchase and then a chargeback via Paypal (Stripe synchronises payments via Paypal). When we refunded the buyer via Paypal, we thought it would synchronise with Stripe, but no way - Stripe charged us again and refunded the buyer on their side. It came out a complete nonsense - the buyer got the money twice! Is it common sense that the buyer is receiving a double refund? All the evidence has been provided that we have paid the full amount under the charback dispute. This is nonsense! No amount of proof and no amount of requests could help us... They didn't even look into the situation.

GBTyler helped me--was really great. Tyler helped me. I thought my question regarding two-factor authentication and transfer of ownership from me to another person was complex. I was startled by how well Tyler could help me. He could walk me through certain screens and pop-up windows. It was as if he was visualizing my screen and telling me very clearly what to do at each juncture. I could only think, How is it possible we can have this good a communication about a complex topic, separated as we were by probably thousands of miles and my not-always hearing things (and having to ask Tyler to repeat things). Tyler was so perfect in the help he gave me. Never showed impatience; frequently gave me a gentle reassurance. Was remarkable.

GBRead Before It's Too Late If you are a small business owner, using Stripe is like giving your money to a random person on the street and hoping they don't run off with it. I've seen amazing businesses destroyed because of Stripe's horrible fraud detection algorithm. It's 2024, and they still can't figure out how to develop a competent algorithm that can tell the difference between a glitch and actual fraud, and their customer service team will eventually stop responding to your calls, emails, and DM's once they freeze your funds. They froze my funds for 5 months, and the only reason I got my funds back is because I got a lawyer involved to get ahold of them (they ignored my emails for months), and they finally realized they made a mistake and released the funds. Had I not hired a lawyer, my funds would still be stuck in the account, probably forever. Protect yourself and your business by staying far away from Stripe.
