This is just bad and without any explanations. Our company is located in Europe and we work with USA clients. Started using their services and within a few days the account got blocked due to fraud even though we have all of the receipts invoices confirmations etc. from the client. Stripe decided for themselves that the client didn't authorize this charge and informed us without any reason that the charges will be released. Now I have to wait for the money to be released and charge again using a different platform. Stripe doesn't even have support besides bots or 1 way phone calls. Dear Stripe Management, If you are reading this contact us to resolve this issue.

I have found out there are some fraudaulent activities going on with some crypto scamm company in Moldova, Chişinău using your PSP to get money from honest people in Romania and not only. Tyler helped me--was really great. Tyler helped me. I thought my question regarding two-factor authentication and transfer of ownership from me to another person was complex. I was startled by how well Tyler could help me. He could walk me through certain screens and pop-up windows. It was as if he was visualizing my screen and telling me very clearly what to do at each juncture. I could only think, How is it possible we can have this good a communication about a complex topic, separated as we were by probably thousands of miles and my not-always hearing things (and having to ask Tyler to repeat things). Tyler was so perfect in the help he gave me. Never showed impatience; frequently gave me a gentle reassurance. Was remarkable.

The platform claimed daily payouts The platform claimed daily payouts, but then, due to unknown reasons, they voluntarily changed this period to 1 week for my balance. No notifications, just "because we can" logic. Support refuses to cooperate. If we add here high fees, there's no reason to use this service.
