Basically, I was having a problem with something that couldn't be explained over a chat message. That’s why she offered to call me. They are taking huge amount of money to the stripe platform and then in the name of verification they will hold money for weeks and they wuld decide to close down account, but still will be holding those money in stripe, won't even refunds to customers and won't release it to business, won't even reply to any of your emails. AVOID TO USE STRIPE , there are lot of better genuine options to use same financial services.
