The support service is a complete zero, with standard response phrases, without any insight into the situation. We had a nonstandard situation where a buyer made a purchase and then a chargeback via Paypal (Stripe synchronises payments via Paypal). When we refunded the buyer via Paypal, we thought it would synchronise with Stripe, but no way - Stripe charged us again and refunded the buyer on their side. It came out a complete nonsense - the buyer got the money twice! Is it common sense that the buyer is receiving a double refund? All the evidence has been provided that we have paid the full amount under the charback dispute. This is nonsense! No amount of proof and no amount of requests could help us... They didn't even look into the situation.

Basically, I was having a problem with something that couldn't be explained over a chat message. That’s why she offered to call me. She has been providing this support because it is something she is passionate about. Tori deserved a raise! It is imperative that you protect her at all costs!!!!!! Please!!!!!
