Read Before It's Too Late If you are a small business owner, using Stripe is like giving your money to a random person on the street and hoping they don't run off with it. I've seen amazing businesses destroyed because of Stripe's horrible fraud detection algorithm. It's 2024, and they still can't figure out how to develop a competent algorithm that can tell the difference between a glitch and actual fraud, and their customer service team will eventually stop responding to your calls, emails, and DM's once they freeze your funds. They froze my funds for 5 months, and the only reason I got my funds back is because I got a lawyer involved to get ahold of them (they ignored my emails for months), and they finally realized they made a mistake and released the funds. Had I not hired a lawyer, my funds would still be stuck in the account, probably forever. Protect yourself and your business by staying far away from Stripe.

Recent all 5star reviews are fake, you can see those people are invited to give review (its literally shows invited users on the review). If you see real reviews are all 1star or 2star reviews, they are taking peoples hard earned money , hold it for weeks , use it for their personal use, and then they would refund it whenever they feel like, no fixed time policy in place, literally scams going on here, guys please be careful , DO NOT use this company at all by reading fake reviews, they are holding my 2000 pounds from 11th April , not getting responses on emails , no chat/call options allowed for my account

Worst experience with platform. Worst experience with platform. Holding 2000£ from 11th April and not responding to any emails , no reply at all from any form of communication. They decided to close account on stripe long time ago, not refunding any money they ate holding and not even releasing to any accounts. First email they mentioned they will revert whole amount to the original payment method it was paid on 22nd April, today 26th april, still no update, no refund ,and stopped replying to any emails. Avoid this company at all cost if you dont want your customers money stucked with them.. there are lot of better options for payment than this 1000% better

They are taking huge amount of money to the stripe platform and then in the name of verification they will hold money for weeks and they wuld decide to close down account, but still will be holding those money in stripe, won't even refunds to customers and won't release it to business, won't even reply to any of your emails. AVOID TO USE STRIPE , there are lot of better genuine options to use same financial services.

Money is transferred on time Money is transferred on time, makes registration easy. One suggestion, when people buy multiple tickets, there should be place to check under the one name without listing each guest separately. People don;t always know the names when they buy tickets in advance.
