Very very bad service this is my second acoount, very bad experience with stripe.. bad service im not recomend for any business this service trust me this is very poor service

Read Before It's Too Late If you are a small business owner, using Stripe is like giving your money to a random person on the street and hoping they don't run off with it. I've seen amazing businesses destroyed because of Stripe's horrible fraud detection algorithm. It's 2024, and they still can't figure out how to develop a competent algorithm that can tell the difference between a glitch and actual fraud, and their customer service team will eventually stop responding to your calls, emails, and DM's once they freeze your funds. They froze my funds for 5 months, and the only reason I got my funds back is because I got a lawyer involved to get ahold of them (they ignored my emails for months), and they finally realized they made a mistake and released the funds. Had I not hired a lawyer, my funds would still be stuck in the account, probably forever. Protect yourself and your business by staying far away from Stripe.

I love Stripe I love Stripe. I love the updates that my $ is on its way, the ability to create sales links per product, and the site, which was okay to navigate with some attention to the instructions.

I have found out there are some fraudaulent activities going on with some crypto scamm company in Moldova, Chişinău using your PSP to get money from honest people in Romania and not only. Worst experience with platform. Worst experience with platform. Holding 2000£ from 11th April and not responding to any emails , no reply at all from any form of communication. They decided to close account on stripe long time ago, not refunding any money they ate holding and not even releasing to any accounts. First email they mentioned they will revert whole amount to the original payment method it was paid on 22nd April, today 26th april, still no update, no refund ,and stopped replying to any emails. Avoid this company at all cost if you dont want your customers money stucked with them.. there are lot of better options for payment than this 1000% better
