GBWorst experience with platform. Worst experience with platform. Holding 2000£ from 11th April and not responding to any emails , no reply at all from any form of communication. They decided to close account on stripe long time ago, not refunding any money they ate holding and not even releasing to any accounts. First email they mentioned they will revert whole amount to the original payment method it was paid on 22nd April, today 26th april, still no update, no refund ,and stopped replying to any emails. Avoid this company at all cost if you dont want your customers money stucked with them.. there are lot of better options for payment than this 1000% better

GBFake 5star reviews fraud company. Fake 5star reviews fraud company. Recent all 5star reviews are fake, you can see those people are invited to give review (its literally shows invited users on the review). If you see real reviews are all 1star or 2star reviews, they are taking peoples hard earned money , hold it for weeks , use it for their personal use, and then they would refund it whenever they feel like, no fixed time policy in place, literally scams going on here, guys please be careful , DO NOT use this company at all by reading fake reviews, they are holding my 2000 pounds from 11th April , not getting responses on emails , no chat/call options allowed for my account

It has been over 6 days, My bank did not accept the payout po_1P4EcGHaMoPgk3Cbh6JjhyXS and it was refunded to Stripe. LTThis company does not protect the… This company does not protect the sellers at all - their customers who bring them money. The support service is a complete zero, with standard response phrases, without any insight into the situation. We had a nonstandard situation where a buyer made a purchase and then a chargeback via Paypal (Stripe synchronises payments via Paypal). When we refunded the buyer via Paypal, we thought it would synchronise with Stripe, but no way - Stripe charged us again and refunded the buyer on their side. It came out a complete nonsense - the buyer got the money twice! Is it common sense that the buyer is receiving a double refund? All the evidence has been provided that we have paid the full amount under the charback dispute. This is nonsense! No amount of proof and no amount of requests could help us... They didn't even look into the situation.
