CAI have ordered from the new Ancaster… I have ordered from the new Ancaster Ontario location at least 6 times for lunch Quality, portion and value have always been top notch, especially the bowls And they can easily make for 2 lunches with cost under $20.00 total Mostly order the chicken which is best on the menu (have not tried fish) Only sub par experience was the Barbacoa Beef which was far too salty Lot’s of other options though and I am a fan

GBNot bad but could be loads better the biggest issue with chipotle is quality. I use to go regularly and have their rice bowl with vegetarian option. Now, you only get green peppers and not the variety you use to get with yellow. Orange etc, this is because it’s cheaper for them but the customer pays the same. The other issue is I sent forctgeir steak and it’s tough and chewy, the biggest problem is the amount of sodium in all their dishes. It’s not good I can eat regularly with out my blood pressure rising at unhealthy levels. Salt in the rice, salt in the eat. Salt in everything. Perhaps they do it purposely do customers buy a drink. No idea but it doesn’t work for me. Small improvements can make a lot of difference here. This is not America so we are more health conscious in Europe. Bring back the old version of the vegetarian dishes, put a lot less salt that Americans love and use better quality meat, even if it comes as extra cost and I feel it will improve things considerably. I eat out on average every week and I’ve taken this place off my list as a good place to eat. Oh, don’t be greedy guys. Have a loyalty card and bring back loyal customers. Be more business minded.

GBUsually it’s ok but today chicken was… Usually it’s ok but today chicken was all burnt and hard to chew, most of meat got in garbage. This is the second time I had this experience. They must use the cheapest kind of chicken meat.

GBDownload an app? First of all, if you have to download an app to your phone to use what looks like a drive-through, something's not right. Secondly, the prices are too high, for the quantity and quality of what you actually get. If this franchise flourishes any further, I'll be surprised.

GBWhat are you doing? Very disappointed will not be back until more consistency in portion size. Annoying that they are still using a spoon to dish out the protein, not sure if they have heard of a measuring cup? Tired of paying for double protein to get the standard amount.
