I went today to causeway Brandon-33511… I went today to causeway Brandon-33511 Branch and ordered # 129 veggie bowl. The steamed veggies were not available. The manager told its not there are no veggie's. Now I don't understand if you have veggies missing in the veggie bowl and if I add Guacamole, you charge me but not deduct for your missing veggies. How is it fair with the customer. I am truly dissatisfied, there was one lady who even called manager, but he refused to come, and she left for veggies.

This is the first time we have visited… This is the first time we have visited a Chipolte's, and certainly were disappointed. We got there around 2pm, so it was after the lunch crowd. There were only two other people dining, but at least half of the tables were dirty. They are small tables, and it doesn't take much effort to clean them. We went through the line. The server was fast and efficient. Checkout was just "okay". The taste of the meat was just okay...nothing special. The chips and taco shell didn't seem to be fresh. They were chewy, not crunchy. The bathrooms had an unpleasant odor. There seemed to be plenty of staff, but for the most part, we got the distinct impression they were there just to make some money. They didn't seem to be particularly interested in professionally running a restaurant. Just an observation...

What are you doing? Very disappointed will not be back until more consistency in portion size. Annoying that they are still using a spoon to dish out the protein, not sure if they have heard of a measuring cup? Tired of paying for double protein to get the standard amount.
