Total scam I paid for a $100 gift card from restaurant.com. I never received the card despite having my cc charged immediately. I called/emailed 5 times to their customer service after two weeks of hearing nothing. I was told numerous times my case was being "escalated to customer service for review and would be notified their findings in 24-48hrs. I went throug 5 cycles of that never hearing anything from their end. Finally I gave up and filed a dispute with my credit card company who investigated and within 48hrs refunded my money. Restaurant.com is nothing but a scam as far as I'm concerned.

Miller and Carter Worcester Park not value for money Booked a birthday dinner at M&C Worcester Park, disappointed with my Black Angus Sirloin was chewy and came as not medium rare as ordered. We specific requested Tartifletter with no pancetta for 2 Vegans. But it came with bits of pancetta. The waiter should knows that Tartifletter is cooked in a batch with pancetta and not suitable for Vegetarian/Vegan. Creme Brulee is runny not set, panna cotta don't taste like it, knickerbocker glory sundae also runny. All the desserts are overly sweet. Overall we are disappointed with the quality and service. Not value for money.

False advertising gift cards We were given 3 Restuarant.com cards through water filtration systems companies. Little did we know that not one of the restaurants on their website take the Restuarant.com gift cards - in fact most of these restaurants never gave permission for their restaurants to be listed on this platform. I called this company numerous times and like trained monkeys - or robots - they all spouted the same script. I can only thank God it was time I obviously wasted listening to non reputable companies and not money on these ridiculous gift cards.

I received a 25.00 uprewards… I received a 25.00 uprewards anniversary credit by Verizon to Restuarant. Com. What a nightmare. No restaurant in my area but 2 in another close city. Ok, well 1 restaurant was closed permanently and the other was a 15.00 charge. What do.i do with my 10.00 credit. DID YOU EVER SEE A PLACE THAT DOES EVERYTHING IT CAN TO KEEP A PERSON FROM CONTACTING THEM??!!THIS IS IT. I looked them up and the ratings are so low, 1 star is generous. Owners of restaurants complained along with a gazillion customers. A scam. Verizon should know better.
