GBCompany Removed My Gift Cards and Took Credit I had $150 in restaurant.com gift cards. On Jan 17th, I transferred them to the app according to their faq page. I purchased $60 in certificates for places in my kids' college towns. The following day, I had none of the certificates and no remaining credit showing. I have contacted them a min of 5 times by email and I have received only responses regarding where to find the gift cards and certificates. There has been no acknowledgement of my loss. I called their customer service last week and they said it was escalating and I would get a response asap - nothing. BBB has suspended their company!

GBA SCAM> My wife went on the website… A SCAM> My wife went on the website (3/27/24) to activate the card . Two minutes later we got a fraud alert from our credit card that someone purchased video games and that the card was flagged, then they tried to make another purchase & was declined. We had to cancel the card and now await a new one. A bad experience.

GBCoupons sold as "Gift Certificates" They are selling coupons and marketing them as Gift Certificates! In order to use a $25 "gift certificate", you must spend $50. That's a coupon. It's false advertising.

GBSelling certificates that aren't useable I wondered why I couldn't redeem my certificate at Kobam's Grill or Milano's Italian restaurant here in San Antonio so I wrote Restaurant.com and they answered back saying those 2 aren't accepting certificates anymore YET THEY ARE STILL LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE!!! SCAM SCUM. Get it together Restaurant.com or just shut it down!!!

GBCOMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM We need an ability to give zero stars for scam companies like this. I purchased one of their “gift cards” off a reputable site, so my bad, I didn’t check out the reviews first. I contacted The Weather Channel from where I purchased the card regarding them promulgating scam advertisers, and I contacted the Attorney General regarding the fraud committed by restaurant.com. PLEASE do not purchase anything from this sham of a “business”!
