GBCOMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM We need an ability to give zero stars for scam companies like this. I purchased one of their “gift cards” off a reputable site, so my bad, I didn’t check out the reviews first. I contacted The Weather Channel from where I purchased the card regarding them promulgating scam advertisers, and I contacted the Attorney General regarding the fraud committed by restaurant.com. PLEASE do not purchase anything from this sham of a “business”!

GBCompany Removed My Gift Cards and Took Credit I had $150 in restaurant.com gift cards. On Jan 17th, I transferred them to the app according to their faq page. I purchased $60 in certificates for places in my kids' college towns. The following day, I had none of the certificates and no remaining credit showing. I have contacted them a min of 5 times by email and I have received only responses regarding where to find the gift cards and certificates. There has been no acknowledgement of my loss. I called their customer service last week and they said it was escalating and I would get a response asap - nothing. BBB has suspended their company!

GBI received a 25.00 uprewards… I received a 25.00 uprewards anniversary credit by Verizon to Restuarant. Com. What a nightmare. No restaurant in my area but 2 in another close city. Ok, well 1 restaurant was closed permanently and the other was a 15.00 charge. What do.i do with my 10.00 credit. DID YOU EVER SEE A PLACE THAT DOES EVERYTHING IT CAN TO KEEP A PERSON FROM CONTACTING THEM??!!THIS IS IT. I looked them up and the ratings are so low, 1 star is generous. Owners of restaurants complained along with a gazillion customers. A scam. Verizon should know better.

GBCoupons sold as "Gift Certificates" They are selling coupons and marketing them as Gift Certificates! In order to use a $25 "gift certificate", you must spend $50. That's a coupon. It's false advertising.
