A good idea but poorly executed A good idea but poorly executed. Customer service is severely lacking - don't think you can talk to anyone and it takes weeks or months for a reply. I purchased restaurant vouchers for vacation and the restaurant was closed. I've notified restaurant.com on 4-6 occasions and the restaurant is still showing as an option (permanently closed). But I get to exchange my voucher.... I won't make this mistake again. So much for their concern to make the experience good for us clients.

A reason to eat and drink in Central LeedsI - EAT YOUR GREENS … I visited EAT YOUR GREENS a new high-end vegan restaurant in central Leeds - New York Street near bus station. This must surely be the coolest, most intelligent and unique restaurant in Leeds. Whether calling in for coffee and desert, good organic wines and beers or a full organic meal it is welcoming, artful and a joyous experience. The staff are a delight as are the food and drinks. You can even buy your groceries. Everything is ecologically sound, has the right values (spiritual and commercial) and a right good atmosphere. You could be anywhere in Europe - Berlin, Frankfurt, Lisbon, Manchester, East London, Copenhagen - and wouldn't find a finer establishment. This is a place that really puts Leeds on the map!

SCAMMERS My bad . I didn’t check the reviews first . I bought 2 certificate for Mi Ranchito at 500 Denslowe Dr Reno Nv. And 2 certificate for Finbomb sushi at 681 S Virginia st Reno NV. Mi Ranchito restaurant don’t honor the certificate they say . There are New Owner. Then the finbomb sushi restaurant is close. When I went back to the restaurant.com site. It said I’ve use the certificate already totally SCAMMED.

Not what's expected There's limited choices of good restaurants; the restaurants have limitations on how much can be used. For example, the restaurant I chose end up allowing only $10 to be applied for each visit. I have $100 at restaurant.com that may take years to be used up.
