CAYelp is a SCam, Fraudulent and Thieving Company. Stay away. I enrolled on April 17 and inputted my credit card details after multiple calls (over 15) and attempts by customer success agents of this organisation. I was made to believe I have until May 1 to try it out and see before I start paying for the adverts. I was meant to be on a trial period till May 1 but they fraudulently passed charges to my card on April 26. To my utmost surprise, I got a credit card bill of 191.57 on April 26. I was livid because I have not even gotten a successful contract from Yelp, just many questions from likely customers who did not follow through (I won’t be surprised to discover it is agents from this organisation posing as customers because I get maybe 1/2 question in 2 days. I have gotten 13 inquiries so far, no one actually opted to contract). Yelp has decided to not respond to my requests for refund and this is the same organisation that kept calling me everyday of the month until I subscribed. Worse, they have refused to remove my credit card details from their billing page. And there is no option to delete card details on the page. I believe this to be deliberately fraudulent and I advise others to proceed with caution. Right now, I am still waiting on this organisation to refund my 191.57 passed before the billing date, and also delete my card details from their page. I got the response below from a Rep and I am still fighting them to refund my money. I have reported to my bank too to dispute the transaction. *** Hi ***, Thank you for your time today - we’re sorry to see you go. I just wanted to follow up to confirm that the following products for *** have been cancelled as of today, 4-29-24: Yelp Ads with a $15 daily average budget Upgrade package at $4 per day Please note, your campaign is billed in arrears so you’ll see a bill processed on the 1st of next month for the paid services provided prior to this cancellation. And, if you change your mind, you can restart any program at any time by clicking on the Yelp Ads tab on the Yelp for Business Owners page (biz.yelp.com). Thank you for working with us and please reach out to us at (855) 380-9357 if you have any questions - we’d be happy to help! All the best, Lin Yelp Customer Success *** Never again!! This company needs to be taken down. I wonder how that can be. They have a planned strategy to steal from business owners, including being unable to remove your credit card from their billing page. This is so wrong.

USThe Company YELP has STOLLEN money from… The Company YELP has STOLLEN money from my bank account for the second time. I opened my store front business in Nov. 2023, for which I received a $300+ credit for advertisement on the Yelp platform. I explained to the Rep that the business was on a tight budget and to end the advertisement and billing immediately after the promo credits were depleted. A few months later, my account was debited from Yelp without my permission. I called Yelp to express my dismay, they agreed and refunded the money immediately while making sure that there was no standing agreement for any further debits. Today on April 29, 2024, I got a debit for $412 from Yelp. I contacted the Yelp company and spoke to Darcie, who stated that she was a manager, and that she would not refund the $412 until I completed the appropriate paperwork, which would take 3-5 days. I explained to Darcie that I am a small business and that the money that Yelp debited from my account was for the payment of my utilities, which would now be disconnected if they don't cancel the pending debit. Darcie replied, " I've checked the notes and I see where you previously cancelled the service and I see where we gave you a previous refund, but it looks like it was restarted either online or on the App so we can't issue a refund until you complete the paperwork explaining why you want a refund." I explained to her that that must have and had to have been a mistake on their part as it was before, because I have not accessed neither the app nor the website in quite a while. She said that people call all the time and say what they didn't do so you must fill out the paperwork and the billing department will review it. I spoke with Darcie at 3:29 pm on a 42 minute phone call on 04/29/24. This was an illegally debited transaction from my account. I did not authorize Yelp to access my account under any circumstances before nor after the initial promotion that I was given in November 2023. Darcie was very nonchalant and very unwilling to help bring an end to this situation involving this illegal transaction. I did Not have to complete paperwork for you to STEAL my money, and I KNOW you can refund it without paperwork because the LAST $100 you stole from my account you refunded back to me the day that I called. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

USI open a account awhile back for my own… I open a account awhile back for my own business. Not long after I decided it wasn't for me. So I called yelp customer support and told them I wanted my account cancelled. They told me they would do that and there would be no charges to my bank account. Well about a month later they took or should I say stole $144.00 out of my account. I called them again and they said well you'll have to submit a payment invoice refund request. So I said okay but y'all took money from my account when I was told you wouldn't. So I ended filling the form been 3 weeks still no answer back from them. I don't recommend anyone putting your bank card on this app. Don't even use this app honestly bad business. I recommend you using goggle for job postings way better.
