This company should be out of business This company should be out of business. I dont even know how some people would use yelp. All this company cares is about them making money. They allowed another individual to open a company with the exact same name as mine. I noticed because a random person hired this individual and they stole money from the person. The person came to my page and left a review on my company assuming it was me or my company. When I noticed this I immediately called them and explained that someone else was using my company's name on yelp to steal my reputation. Yelp said there was nothing they could do. I requested to close my business immediately and they also said they wouldn't. YOU ALL CLOWNS I WISH YOU GO BANKRUPT

They never remove fake reviews. They never remove fake reviews. Yelp users are the most miserable people. I wish I can have my business removed from their stupid website. Worst customer service ever!!!

Yelp is a SCam, Fraudulent and Thieving Company. Stay away. I enrolled on April 17 and inputted my credit card details after multiple calls (over 15) and attempts by customer success agents of this organisation. I was made to believe I have until May 1 to try it out and see before I start paying for the adverts. I was meant to be on a trial period till May 1 but they fraudulently passed charges to my card on April 26. To my utmost surprise, I got a credit card bill of 191.57 on April 26. I was livid because I have not even gotten a successful contract from Yelp, just many questions from likely customers who did not follow through (I won’t be surprised to discover it is agents from this organisation posing as customers because I get maybe 1/2 question in 2 days. I have gotten 13 inquiries so far, no one actually opted to contract). Yelp has decided to not respond to my requests for refund and this is the same organisation that kept calling me everyday of the month until I subscribed. Worse, they have refused to remove my credit card details from their billing page. And there is no option to delete card details on the page. I believe this to be deliberately fraudulent and I advise others to proceed with caution. Right now, I am still waiting on this organisation to refund my 191.57 passed before the billing date, and also delete my card details from their page. I got the response below from a Rep and I am still fighting them to refund my money. I have reported to my bank too to dispute the transaction. *** Hi ***, Thank you for your time today - we’re sorry to see you go. This company needs to be taken down. I wonder how that can be. They have a planned strategy to steal from business owners, including being unable to remove your credit card from their billing page. This is so wrong.

NO customer service for yelp I've been a contributor of yelp for years, especially traveling out of country. I recently tried to contact yelp customer service because of a nasty message they sent from yelp headquarters only to find they don't have a customer service. How can you critique businesses and NOT have a customer service for complaints about your service? I've uninstalled the yelp app and will never, ever use them again.

AJ Lawnmower Repair Service AJ Lawnmower, Inc in Villa Park failed on several levels on tuning up our lawnmower. First time I used the lawnmower after getting it back from them I check the oil and there and there was barely a reading on the dipstick. So, whether they changed the oil or not is now very questionable at best, but they definitely didn't refill the oil. Thankfully I checked it and didn't assume they did their job correctly. Additionally, I hadn't seen the mower prior to the "tune-up" because it was given to us by my father and went from their house to AJ's. When I got it back, I noticed immediately how worn the front tires were (it's a self-propelled mower). They were totally bald and one of them was cracked down the middle. When I talked to them about these things I was basically blown off. I would have expected a phone call regarding the tire. They called when they wanted to replace parts on our generator that they were also "tuning up". Now, I have to bring it back to someone (will not be AJ's) to replace the tires or find someone that will come to our house to replace them. Very disappointing experience.
