Pathetic service ever Pathetic service ever, ordered from Mr D my order waa unsuccessful when I asked why mt order got cancelled a minutes after a driver collected they told me I was not available to accept the order... I mean I sent the driver a code to access at arrival he never replied but failed the delivery. Then I was told I owe the restaurant. I'm going to delete this pathetic app... Always stories when it comes to them dissapointed really.

General feedback There should be an option to give feedback without having to give the restaurant a low rating for general feedback. Have a phone number that you can be contacted on immediately. Turn around time to attend to complaints is too long. Stop asking for more details when details have been given already

The food arrived on time The food arrived on time. However, there were no serviettes like I had requested. and no cutlery also - I ate with my hands!!!! The ice-cream waffles had no biscuits as advertised. I am never ordering from Roco-Mama's, Newcastle Corner, Hutten Heights again. Such a disappointment.
