Maybe train your delivery personnel to… Maybe train your delivery personnel to check an order before it leaves a restaurant. We ordered, and paid, for four drinks but only three arrived. The person who delivered it was told to bring the drink but she never bothered to return, no apology for forgetting it plus there was no response as to why it wasn't delivered. I won't use Mr Delivery again - pathetic service.

My order was completely messed up were… My order was completely messed up were i never received my drink and the food itsself wasnt what i ordered , I was only reimbersed 25rand of my 75 rand order for food i didnt receive no eat. Worst experience ever. Support team complete trash. Poor app and honestly am telling all my friends to switch to different apps because this is not what u expect when u take out your money.

The food arrived on time The food arrived on time. However, there were no serviettes like I had requested. and no cutlery also - I ate with my hands!!!! The ice-cream waffles had no biscuits as advertised. I am never ordering from Roco-Mama's, Newcastle Corner, Hutten Heights again. Such a disappointment.

General feedback There should be an option to give feedback without having to give the restaurant a low rating for general feedback. Have a phone number that you can be contacted on immediately. Turn around time to attend to complaints is too long. Stop asking for more details when details have been given already
