ZAMy order was completely messed up were… My order was completely messed up were i never received my drink and the food itsself wasnt what i ordered , I was only reimbersed 25rand of my 75 rand order for food i didnt receive no eat. Worst experience ever. Support team complete trash. Poor app and honestly am telling all my friends to switch to different apps because this is not what u expect when u take out your money.

ZARecently happened,and no refunds.One… Recently happened,and no refunds.One order was not delivered but on the app it went succesfully delivered.The other order had missing items,I dont get any refunds,its been almost 3 weeks for investigations.I am using uber eats until Mr D will refund,if not good luck,me and my million of friends stop using you.

ZAI have been using mr d for some time… I have been using mr d for some time now. Have had the best experience but recently i have had the worst experiences to the point were i had to cancel orders twice because they never delivered or even driver collecting the order. Imagine waithing more than 2 hours for an order. Its amaizing how they never reply to my quiries. Only recieve those preset email nothing more

ZAA star isnt even deserved A star isnt even deserved! they hired drunk and hungry driver to deliver eaten food, food squashed in the box, unable to even eat! I paid for quality and the food came to me like someone took the food and swirled it around and to cover the fact that it was eaten, squashed the entire pizza to make it look like it wasnt. I called there customer care line twice, Spoke to an uneducated person called James, who couldnt even say his name! As he asked me for my order number he hanged up on me! The end time I called same story! Pathetic Service! We pay alot of money and this is the state the food must come in! I want a full refund! Please dont order from them, you will waste your money and time! disgraceful!

ZAGeneral feedback There should be an option to give feedback without having to give the restaurant a low rating for general feedback. Have a phone number that you can be contacted on immediately. Turn around time to attend to complaints is too long. Stop asking for more details when details have been given already
