GBNot worth it for ruined food Drivers are friendly and professional. Food is sometimes hot sometimes cold. Always takes a long time. Anything that would taste better fresh is ruined, which is most things, so I’ll never use Mr Delivery again. Too much extra money for sub-par food. Would probably be fine for pizza or Indian food or other less-delicate stuff.

ZAA star isnt even deserved A star isnt even deserved! they hired drunk and hungry driver to deliver eaten food, food squashed in the box, unable to even eat! I paid for quality and the food came to me like someone took the food and swirled it around and to cover the fact that it was eaten, squashed the entire pizza to make it look like it wasnt. I called there customer care line twice, Spoke to an uneducated person called James, who couldnt even say his name! As he asked me for my order number he hanged up on me! The end time I called same story! Pathetic Service! We pay alot of money and this is the state the food must come in! I want a full refund! Please dont order from them, you will waste your money and time! disgraceful!

ZAI have been using mr d for some time… I have been using mr d for some time now. Have had the best experience but recently i have had the worst experiences to the point were i had to cancel orders twice because they never delivered or even driver collecting the order. Imagine waithing more than 2 hours for an order. Its amaizing how they never reply to my quiries. Only recieve those preset email nothing more

ZAThieves ,Stopping to use them. Stopping to use them. I ordered food to collect. Order went through but the app didn’t not confirm and no follow up on my order as it should normally when order is successful . So made alternative dinner arrangement . 2 hours later mr D calls and says my food is waiting to be collected.I explained to them the situation that I have had no confirmation and that their app must have glitched . Outcome no refund and my card being debited for approx R400. Thank you MR D for stealing from me. Uberfood my new provider now

ZAGeneral feedback There should be an option to give feedback without having to give the restaurant a low rating for general feedback. Have a phone number that you can be contacted on immediately. Turn around time to attend to complaints is too long. Stop asking for more details when details have been given already
