Mr. Delivery Pathetic If there were negative stars thats what they would get. Ordered from a regular pizza restaurant who's food is always good, but when our pizzas arrived, it looked as though they had been dropped and kicked around before delivery. I spoke with the restaurant who was prepared to offer me new pizzas whilst the Mr. Delivery person on the phone didnt even apologize and offered a R50 discount (of a R400 bill), absolutely uselss service, will never use them again

Order went through but the app didn’t not confirm and no follow up on my order as it should normally when order is successful . So made alternative dinner arrangement . 2 hours later mr D calls and says my food is waiting to be collected.I explained to them the situation that I have had no confirmation and that their app must have glitched . Outcome no refund and my card being debited for approx R400. Thank you MR D for stealing from me. Uberfood my new provider now

People using Mr delivery please be… People using Mr delivery please be careful when placing an order with them. They cancelled the order after deducting the money from my account and never refunded it. This is deliberate robbery. Do not order from Mr D and pay with your card. Rather ensure you pay it in cash when the order arrive. Uber eats has never had this issue. My neighbour exactly the same happened to her. This is disgusting and it might be R139 order but how many of these totals are they deducting from peoples accounts and not refunding them claiming they can’t deliver the order. Please be aware when using the Mr Delivery app. This is dangerous.

I have been using mr d for some time… I have been using mr d for some time now. Have had the best experience but recently i have had the worst experiences to the point were i had to cancel orders twice because they never delivered or even driver collecting the order. Imagine waithing more than 2 hours for an order. Its amaizing how they never reply to my quiries. Only recieve those preset email nothing more

This company called Mr D,I ordered… This company called Mr D,I ordered twice 1.Food did not arrive apprantly motor bike accident 2.Ordered from Mochacchos rock cottage and driver food never arrived but says on the app food arrived ,apprantly the driver ate the food Very bad service, Uber eats I recommend any day
