They cancelled the order after deducting the money from my account and never refunded it. This is deliberate robbery. Do not order from Mr D and pay with your card. Rather ensure you pay it in cash when the order arrive. Uber eats has never had this issue. My neighbour exactly the same happened to her. This is disgusting and it might be R139 order but how many of these totals are they deducting from peoples accounts and not refunding them claiming they can’t deliver the order. Please be aware when using the Mr Delivery app. This is dangerous.

Thieves ,Stopping to use them. Stopping to use them. I ordered food to collect. Order went through but the app didn’t not confirm and no follow up on my order as it should normally when order is successful . So made alternative dinner arrangement . 2 hours later mr D calls and says my food is waiting to be collected.I explained to them the situation that I have had no confirmation and that their app must have glitched . Outcome no refund and my card being debited for approx R400. Thank you MR D for stealing from me. Uberfood my new provider now

General feedback There should be an option to give feedback without having to give the restaurant a low rating for general feedback. Have a phone number that you can be contacted on immediately. Turn around time to attend to complaints is too long. Stop asking for more details when details have been given already

Maybe train your delivery personnel to… Maybe train your delivery personnel to check an order before it leaves a restaurant. We ordered, and paid, for four drinks but only three arrived. The person who delivered it was told to bring the drink but she never bothered to return, no apology for forgetting it plus there was no response as to why it wasn't delivered. I won't use Mr Delivery again - pathetic service.
