ZAWorst customer service possible! If I could rate the customer service a 0, that would still be too much! Honestly! So much back and forth with them copying and pasting the same answers which is always, send more info, which they already have all of the information that could possibly be given for inedible food and terrible service! DO NOT USE THEM! They are completely over priced and an absolute waste of money! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Save your money and fetch the food yourself!

ZAMr. Delivery Pathetic If there were negative stars thats what they would get. Ordered from a regular pizza restaurant who's food is always good, but when our pizzas arrived, it looked as though they had been dropped and kicked around before delivery. I spoke with the restaurant who was prepared to offer me new pizzas whilst the Mr. Delivery person on the phone didnt even apologize and offered a R50 discount (of a R400 bill), absolutely uselss service, will never use them again

ZAPathetic service ever Pathetic service ever, ordered from Mr D my order waa unsuccessful when I asked why mt order got cancelled a minutes after a driver collected they told me I was not available to accept the order... I mean I sent the driver a code to access at arrival he never replied but failed the delivery. Then I was told I owe the restaurant. I'm going to delete this pathetic app... Always stories when it comes to them dissapointed really.

GBGreat service, delivery too high Great service, nice variety of restaurants, usually pretty quick! Love supporting local business owners! Downside is that it’s more expensive than other food delivery services. $6.99 is a bit much when we are right across the road from the $4.99 area (which is also more expensive than competitors, especially when considering that the food prices are also slightly higher than ordering take out and picking it up myself. We would definitely use mr. delivery more often if the delivery prices were less.

ZAGeneral feedback There should be an option to give feedback without having to give the restaurant a low rating for general feedback. Have a phone number that you can be contacted on immediately. Turn around time to attend to complaints is too long. Stop asking for more details when details have been given already
