GBFirst I was impressed with the quality… First I was impressed with the quality of the Transformable cat tree! It looks like quality meant to last multiple cats. Then I was surprised how quickly my kitten started jumping onto it and spending time on it looking out the window. She had great fun with the wooden ball that is meant to hang on the tree . I wanted to purchase another ball. The company was fast to reply and accommodate me. I recommend this product and company.

GBIt’s perfect!! It was perfect! I got it for my best friend who lost her dog a few years ago. It was her first dog and she was beyond devastated to lose her. She cried when she opened it and put it on right away. Thank you for doing an amazing job!

GBExpensive The pump in the water fountain I had was broken. So I ordered a replacement. The product was as described, but to be honest the price for this item was way too much. I should've thrown away the fountain and bought from a different brand, but I did not want to be wasteful so I decided to order a new part.
