USSpills even on lowest setting and is super loud the fountain shoots water out so wildly that it spills on the floor even on the lowest setting. the fountain is also LOUD if its not fully filled edit: The fountain is loud if the bowl isn't more than 3/4 filled because the water trickles down and hits the water, not because of the pump. Also, I have followed all the instructions and installed the pump correctly at the absolute lowest setting and it spills constantly. This is just a bad product and if you go online other people are having the same issue.
