About 4Patriots

4Patriots, LLC is an old-fashioned American success story. The company came to life at our kitchen table in Nashville, Tennessee with a notepad and pen. We had decided the soulless life of corporate America wasn’t for us, and that we wanted something more. We wanted to build something real; something that could really help people and provide real solutions to the problems that we, our families and our friends, encountered every day. Living on a shoestring budget, we used our savings to get started with our very first product, one that we knew could impact many people’s lives and get them on the road to greater self-reliance. We invested any profits we made right back into the company so we could continue to grow our business without borrowing a dime, and that’s how we continue to do business today. It might have taken us a little longer this way, but at the end of the day we’ve been able to build a thriving company that treats our customers and employees right. Today, not only do we offer a wide variety of great products that help our customers be more self-reliant and independent, but we’ve also been able to provide full-time jobs for over 200 people (and we’re still growing!). We feel blessed every day to work with such a dedicated team and to be able to impact the lives of so many people. At 4Patriots, we champion freedom and self-reliance. This is our core purpose and our mission. So how do we do it? We offer high-quality products that help our customers become more self-reliant and prepared. We follow the Golden Rule. Survival & Practical This company sells so many life saving items. I just added 4 of their quality solar flashlights for instance. Take a look at their items, you won't be disappointed.

Cooler doesn’t work Cooler doesn’t work, compressor does not come on. Have called 3 times about returning it, they told us they would send out another one. And an email would be sent to send the defective one back after 3 days nothing from them. Called again today and more excuses, now time to call my CC company to refund my account. And made in China on top of that, i would not buy again or anything they try to sell you.

I just bought the 3 month food tubs abd… I just bought the 3 month food tubs abd the 72 hr paks that came with it. All i can say is I hope the food is better than their customer service! This company seems to be just a marketing company that trys to upsell you every freakin day....lol I tried calling customer service to no avail left my phone number...no call backs....sent them an email concerning my shipment and still no response ! Im thinkin ive been duped...but reviewers say the food is good but not economical......Frank Bates the ghost of 4Patriots will kill your inbox but wont answer emails or phone calls....that SUKS

Buyers beware - low grade product Like many have found the projection of what this company offers vs what it delivers is very different. All of my blue bags of the 4 week emergency supply came mostly unreadable. I now see that the label just wipes off with my fingers. One bag broken and 7 unreadable upon delivery. Was sent 7 replacement bags and had exactly the same issue. Clearly these bags failed the production cycle or they are just old stock. I was understanding in my first email and now I am just annoyed. I will not purchase another single overpriced product, thank God I didn’t buy more! Clearly they don’t care about their projection of a a great American company once they sold you the product.

AI bs Dear 4 patriots I have ordered a lot of food in the past couple years. No issues. But what gets me when an issue comes up your customer service is not present? I ordered some food and it was cancelled to do some reason, I wanted a further explanation of why? I get an email from an AI bot that couldn’t answer sh.., tried again same email sent another message and nothing? Understand you’re a big company and you should have enough people to answer phones and emails! Customer service is huge for people! When they have to write a review it’s too late for help or apologies. I don’t want to hear current world events or this or that is happening bs! Have real people answer phones and email so a customer doesn’t have to write a shi….review. Would I order from you again? Maybe maybe not idk.? But I won’t deal with AI garbage
