GBI just bought the 3 month food tubs abd… I just bought the 3 month food tubs abd the 72 hr paks that came with it. All i can say is I hope the food is better than their customer service! This company seems to be just a marketing company that trys to upsell you every freakin day....lol I tried calling customer service to no avail left my phone number...no call backs....sent them an email concerning my shipment and still no response ! Im thinkin ive been duped...but reviewers say the food is good but not economical......Frank Bates the ghost of 4Patriots will kill your inbox but wont answer emails or phone calls....that SUKS

GBWe have been buying food and equipment… We have been buying food and equipment from this company for a few years now. The food packets are easy to prepare, delicious and satisfying. Great for camping trips or in an emergency. We also have some of their survival gear. All works well. Fast delivery. The customer service has improved this year.

GBWorst experience ever Worst experience ever. Not the place for those with severe food allergies. Had to ship back product at my own expense which cost me $315 dollars. So I paid to get nothing. Don’t use this company there are other options with more sensitivity to people with food allergies.

GBShorted-sloppy-Can’t reach Customer Care Spent -$1,056.82. When ordered, 4Patroit provided me one tracking number only. Accordingly, that covered one package. The packages were sent separately arriving days apart. In the end, I received a total of 4. However, I am missing an entire tub of survival meals. Moreover, we had to wipe down the two tubs we received because they were covered with powdered food. I called one day and spent hours on hold. The next day I left my number for a return call. No return call received. This is the first and last time I use this company. If I hear nothing by tomorrow= three days of attempting to reach customer service, I am filing a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General Consumer Protection Unit.
