GBGreat PR buy forget the LOGO display. I've ordered all or most of the products, some in Mutiple quantities (Ie food and solar equipment). Customer service is great. I would give 5 stars except for one MAJOR issue: The last solar panel group I got (3 panels) were left street side with the SOLAR PANEL 4 PATRIOTS logo promiately displayed so the 200 cars a day that drive by could see what I was being delivered. So much for secretcy.

GBTypically I have been very happy but recently ??!!! Typically I have been very happy and satisfied with 4Patriot and have ordered many items from them. Recently ordered 3month supply XL, and received two of the four shipments several days from each other and the boxes were open, one layer of packaging tape, and the one tote lid was open and not locked down. No packing slips with any of the shipments, so not sure if I even received everything that was suppose to be sent. Tried calling customer service 3xs with the 2nd and 3rd time leaving a callback to no avail. Overall quite disappointed with how the packages were sent and poor follow up after repeated attempts to contact them.

GBI purchased a 2000x solar generator… I purchased a 2000x solar generator about 4 weeks ago. I ordered online with the huge hype pushing sales of this unit. they promised a hand truck, solar flashlight, solar phone charger a bunch of enticements to make me want to purchase the solar generator. the generator came very quickly. I sent a message to customer service 4 times inquiring as to when I would get the rest of my order. all I got was a computer-generated answer. and of course, constant hammering to purchase their food. Heck they could not even deliver what they said they would. Well about 3 weeks later I received a message a woman that said I would not like her answer. She said I would not get the extra accessories that I ordered direct from their web saying I would get these items on the internet. That I had not ordered properly and would not get any of the items promised. I could sure purchase them though if I wanted them. I have been lied to and scammed. At this point I feel glad I even got the 2000x. their customer service is Male bovine excrement. They say they care very much about customer service. yet another lie. I also sent a question about the Plugin for the solar panel. I asked if it was an Anderson Pole type or if a proprietary plug was used. a week went by as I waited for an answer. I got the really stupid nonrelated answer from their AI robot. All it wanted to do was sell me more of their food. Then I received another email asking me how i Like my answer their aggravating stupid AI robot provided. Crap the guy that sent the message could have maybe answered the question. I went to the Anderson Pole company site and YouTube to get the answer and how to change the plugin connectors from horizontal to vertical. I really do not think there are any persons at 4Patriots that even could tell you that. So, as I look back at my disappointing purchase and really poor customer service and if you would like to get scammed, by all means do business with them. Good luck.

GBShorted-sloppy-Can’t reach Customer Care Spent -$1,056.82. When ordered, 4Patroit provided me one tracking number only. Accordingly, that covered one package. The packages were sent separately arriving days apart. In the end, I received a total of 4. However, I am missing an entire tub of survival meals. Moreover, we had to wipe down the two tubs we received because they were covered with powdered food. I called one day and spent hours on hold. The next day I left my number for a return call. No return call received. This is the first and last time I use this company. If I hear nothing by tomorrow= three days of attempting to reach customer service, I am filing a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General Consumer Protection Unit.

GBBuyers beware - low grade product Like many have found the projection of what this company offers vs what it delivers is very different. All of my blue bags of the 4 week emergency supply came mostly unreadable. I now see that the label just wipes off with my fingers. One bag broken and 7 unreadable upon delivery. Was sent 7 replacement bags and had exactly the same issue. Clearly these bags failed the production cycle or they are just old stock. I was understanding in my first email and now I am just annoyed. I will not purchase another single overpriced product, thank God I didn’t buy more! Clearly they don’t care about their projection of a a great American company once they sold you the product.
