About 4Patriots

4Patriots, LLC is an old-fashioned American success story. The company came to life at our kitchen table in Nashville, Tennessee with a notepad and pen. We had decided the soulless life of corporate America wasn’t for us, and that we wanted something more. We wanted to build something real; something that could really help people and provide real solutions to the problems that we, our families and our friends, encountered every day. Living on a shoestring budget, we used our savings to get started with our very first product, one that we knew could impact many people’s lives and get them on the road to greater self-reliance. We invested any profits we made right back into the company so we could continue to grow our business without borrowing a dime, and that’s how we continue to do business today. It might have taken us a little longer this way, but at the end of the day we’ve been able to build a thriving company that treats our customers and employees right. Today, not only do we offer a wide variety of great products that help our customers be more self-reliant and independent, but we’ve also been able to provide full-time jobs for over 200 people (and we’re still growing!). We feel blessed every day to work with such a dedicated team and to be able to impact the lives of so many people. At 4Patriots, we champion freedom and self-reliance. This is our core purpose and our mission. So how do we do it? We offer high-quality products that help our customers become more self-reliant and prepared. We follow the Golden Rule. I mainly buy food products for camping I mainly buy food products for camping. The portable solar chargers are also great for camping. I do have a couple of the one week kits stored in my 5th wheel trailer. I recommend buying these products. At my age I'M not too worried about the end of the world, but I stock up anyway..love camping

Great PR buy forget the LOGO display. I've ordered all or most of the products, some in Mutiple quantities (Ie food and solar equipment). Customer service is great. I would give 5 stars except for one MAJOR issue: The last solar panel group I got (3 panels) were left street side with the SOLAR PANEL 4 PATRIOTS logo promiately displayed so the 200 cars a day that drive by could see what I was being delivered. So much for secretcy.

Shorted-sloppy-Can’t reach Customer Care Spent -$1,056.82. When ordered, 4Patroit provided me one tracking number only. Accordingly, that covered one package. The packages were sent separately arriving days apart. In the end, I received a total of 4. However, I am missing an entire tub of survival meals. Moreover, we had to wipe down the two tubs we received because they were covered with powdered food. I called one day and spent hours on hold. The next day I left my number for a return call. No return call received. This is the first and last time I use this company. If I hear nothing by tomorrow= three days of attempting to reach customer service, I am filing a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General Consumer Protection Unit.

Paid for food I never received Paid for food I never received. Called cust Service, put on hold over an hour. opted for call back option. Never happened. Chat did not answer at all. Have sent emails with account info and order numbers and no response still issue not resolved. I bought a lot from this company in past.No more.
