GBShorted-sloppy-Can’t reach Customer Care Spent -$1,056.82. When ordered, 4Patroit provided me one tracking number only. Accordingly, that covered one package. The packages were sent separately arriving days apart. In the end, I received a total of 4. However, I am missing an entire tub of survival meals. Moreover, we had to wipe down the two tubs we received because they were covered with powdered food. I called one day and spent hours on hold. The next day I left my number for a return call. No return call received. This is the first and last time I use this company. If I hear nothing by tomorrow= three days of attempting to reach customer service, I am filing a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General Consumer Protection Unit.

GBWorst experience ever Worst experience ever. Not the place for those with severe food allergies. Had to ship back product at my own expense which cost me $315 dollars. So I paid to get nothing. Don’t use this company there are other options with more sensitivity to people with food allergies.

GBI ordered 2 solar generators and 4 hand… I ordered 2 solar generators and 4 hand held solar chargers. It came in a kit with the free food. 8 months later, the power goes out, both units were charged by the wall outlet and NEITHER solar generator or the cell phone charges worked. I reached out to 4Patriots for an assistance, apparently, the “key” that allows functioning was not included in my kit. They said to use a “Nail file” or corner of a “plastic credit card” to operate since they don’t have any keys to send. REALLY? BS, I said to refund and they said to return all the items at my shipping expense. Nice, I donated the back up food (all GMO quality BTW) to the food bank, I guess i need ot get a client list and knock on the doors to get the food back.I guess, if you wan to invest over $1,800 for junk and non edible food, go head, shop away.

GBI mainly buy food products for camping I mainly buy food products for camping. The portable solar chargers are also great for camping. I do have a couple of the one week kits stored in my 5th wheel trailer. I recommend buying these products. At my age I'M not too worried about the end of the world, but I stock up anyway..love camping

GBDefective Solar Power The Sidekick solar generator I purchased in February charged fine off a wall outlet. But, after using the generator I wanted to try charging it up using the solar panel. After picking a couple of bright sunny days and charging it for over 14 hours the generator was only 27% charged. I contacted 4Patriots and thinking it was the solar panel they sent a new one. The new panel was DOA. The panel never charged the generator and doesn't even stay on when exposed to sunlight. I'm disappointed in a company who supports our veterans would have such faulty equipment. Come to find out also the equipment isn't even American made (China and Viet Nam). Understandably, it may be difficult to find this equipment made in America but the quality control over what they sell is lacking. I will be returning all of the equipment.
