About 4Patriots

4Patriots, LLC is an old-fashioned American success story. The company came to life at our kitchen table in Nashville, Tennessee with a notepad and pen. We had decided the soulless life of corporate America wasn’t for us, and that we wanted something more. We wanted to build something real; something that could really help people and provide real solutions to the problems that we, our families and our friends, encountered every day. Living on a shoestring budget, we used our savings to get started with our very first product, one that we knew could impact many people’s lives and get them on the road to greater self-reliance. We invested any profits we made right back into the company so we could continue to grow our business without borrowing a dime, and that’s how we continue to do business today. It might have taken us a little longer this way, but at the end of the day we’ve been able to build a thriving company that treats our customers and employees right. Today, not only do we offer a wide variety of great products that help our customers be more self-reliant and independent, but we’ve also been able to provide full-time jobs for over 200 people (and we’re still growing!). We feel blessed every day to work with such a dedicated team and to be able to impact the lives of so many people. At 4Patriots, we champion freedom and self-reliance. I love everything I have ordered and feel prepared for emergencies I have been very pleased with the response time in receiving my orders. The products are of high quality and well made. Paid for food I never received Paid for food I never received. Called cust Service, put on hold over an hour. opted for call back option. Never happened. Chat did not answer at all. Have sent emails with account info and order numbers and no response still issue not resolved. I bought a lot from this company in past.No more.

I just bought the 3 month food tubs abd… I just bought the 3 month food tubs abd the 72 hr paks that came with it. All i can say is I hope the food is better than their customer service! This company seems to be just a marketing company that trys to upsell you every freakin day....lol I tried calling customer service to no avail left my phone number...no call backs....sent them an email concerning my shipment and still no response ! Im thinkin ive been duped...but reviewers say the food is good but not economical......Frank Bates the ghost of 4Patriots will kill your inbox but wont answer emails or phone calls....that SUKS

Defective Solar Power The Sidekick solar generator I purchased in February charged fine off a wall outlet. But, after using the generator I wanted to try charging it up using the solar panel. After picking a couple of bright sunny days and charging it for over 14 hours the generator was only 27% charged. I contacted 4Patriots and thinking it was the solar panel they sent a new one. The new panel was DOA. The panel never charged the generator and doesn't even stay on when exposed to sunlight. I'm disappointed in a company who supports our veterans would have such faulty equipment. Come to find out also the equipment isn't even American made (China and Viet Nam). Understandably, it may be difficult to find this equipment made in America but the quality control over what they sell is lacking. I will be returning all of the equipment.
