About 4Patriots

4Patriots, LLC is an old-fashioned American success story. The company came to life at our kitchen table in Nashville, Tennessee with a notepad and pen. We had decided the soulless life of corporate America wasn’t for us, and that we wanted something more. We wanted to build something real; something that could really help people and provide real solutions to the problems that we, our families and our friends, encountered every day. Living on a shoestring budget, we used our savings to get started with our very first product, one that we knew could impact many people’s lives and get them on the road to greater self-reliance. We invested any profits we made right back into the company so we could continue to grow our business without borrowing a dime, and that’s how we continue to do business today. It might have taken us a little longer this way, but at the end of the day we’ve been able to build a thriving company that treats our customers and employees right. Today, not only do we offer a wide variety of great products that help our customers be more self-reliant and independent, but we’ve also been able to provide full-time jobs for over 200 people (and we’re still growing!). We feel blessed every day to work with such a dedicated team and to be able to impact the lives of so many people. At 4Patriots, we champion freedom and self-reliance. This is our core purpose and our mission. So how do we do it? We offer high-quality products that help our customers become more self-reliant and prepared. We follow the Golden Rule. As others have said there is no… As others have said there is no customers service, I spend 34 min 1st time left my number 2 weeks later nothing ,called again 1hr24min again left number for call back ,nothing emailed 3 times again nothing .Now I do not trust their PRODUCTS .I am sending all back

I mainly buy food products for camping I mainly buy food products for camping. The portable solar chargers are also great for camping. I do have a couple of the one week kits stored in my 5th wheel trailer. I recommend buying these products. At my age I'M not too worried about the end of the world, but I stock up anyway..love camping

I oredered a solar generator I oredered a solar generator. When i recieved it the generator had been damaged and touched up mwith paint to cover up the scratches. I've emailed them multiple times but have been ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! GO TO ONE OF THE COMPETITORS!

AI bs Dear 4 patriots I have ordered a lot of food in the past couple years. No issues. But what gets me when an issue comes up your customer service is not present? I ordered some food and it was cancelled to do some reason, I wanted a further explanation of why? I get an email from an AI bot that couldn’t answer sh.., tried again same email sent another message and nothing? Understand you’re a big company and you should have enough people to answer phones and emails! Customer service is huge for people! When they have to write a review it’s too late for help or apologies. I don’t want to hear current world events or this or that is happening bs! Have real people answer phones and email so a customer doesn’t have to write a shi….review. Would I order from you again? Maybe maybe not idk.? But I won’t deal with AI garbage
