They helped me do research by providing the most helpful blogs and data. I landed on the HIPP AR formula and my son no longer spits up and is so much more content after feedings. CAA box was missing in my shipment A box was missing in my shipment. I contacted customer service, expecting to have to wait a few days for a response and ready for a typical customer service run around - that didn't happen. Ana responded to my email in 30 minutes! She responded with care and concern, which came across as quite genuine and put my mind at ease about the shipment (this product is not cheap!) and about dealing with this company in the future. I'm always nervous about ordering product from overseas, but not from this company. Thanks for the fantastic customer service!

GBThey helped us so much! Organic Life Start helped us to find the right formula for our kid. They don’t sell it here in the states. And their prices are the best out there. Their shipping is impecable and even though comes from Europe arrives so fast, like if it was next door! (We started using the HiPP formula since both of the enfamil and similac formulas were provoking to our baby.) Thanks to them all of that is over!

GBFastest Customer Service in the Game?! I’ve been using Organic Life Start for about 6 months now and I’m super impressed. My order always ships the next day and arrives within a couple days via FedEx. They use a subscription portal link-via-email system to manage your account, which usually works well. Tonight was the first time it didn’t send me a login link, and it said to contact customer service. I emailed them asking if someone could help me place a new order and not TWO MINUTES later my order had been placed. Literally the fastest customer service I’ve ever experienced!
