I contacted customer service, expecting to have to wait a few days for a response and ready for a typical customer service run around - that didn't happen. Ana responded to my email in 30 minutes! She responded with care and concern, which came across as quite genuine and put my mind at ease about the shipment (this product is not cheap!) and about dealing with this company in the future. I'm always nervous about ordering product from overseas, but not from this company. Thanks for the fantastic customer service!
