USVery responsive, every step of the way I placed my order on the 20th they told me a few days later that it was going to be a little bit delayed, asked me if I wanted to refund or I prefer to wait, I decided to wait. They sent me emails all along to notify me and it’s already been shipped FedEx, I find this to be a really great company and I will order other things from them. Thank you.

USNo Product; Refund Request Ignored I ordered a box of toothpaste on December 31, because BoxNCase was the only site that marked it in stock. Two weeks later, when I asked why the product had not shipped, I was told they were waiting for the supplier. Knowing the product is no longer being manufactured, I requested a refund. That was almost two weeks ago and I have received neither reply nor refund. It seems to me that this site is a scam, charging its customers for products long before they ship—and then never even shipping them.

USOrder status Ordered a product on 11/30/23 and as of 1/5/24 still have no received the item. I've emailed several times with no response and when you call, the phone is not answered nor can you leave a message. I waited on a chat line yesterday for 30 minutes and was disconnected. Was able to send an email and got an automated response they'd be in touch shortly; 24 hrs later no response. Better Business Bureau and the NYS AG is next step I guess.

USOrder fulfilled I made a purchase of salad dressing on November 10, four weeks ago. At first customer service assured me it was on its way so I patiently waited. Finally I checked with FedEx and found out the order was cancelled. Now I cannot get a response from anyone. Apparently something happened and I will never get a refund or another order sent. This was posted. Right away I received a response to this complaint. I was promised a new order to be sent. It was fulfilled. Thank you very much. We are very happy.

USI don’t understand how this company is… I don’t understand how this company is in business. I’m convinced it’s not legitimate. I placed an order over three weeks and when I emailed for an update I got a vague response on ship and delivery dates. When I tried to call numerous times no one answers and there is no voicemail to leave a message. I finally threatened to contact the better business bureau and got a cancel confirmation that they didn’t have enough stock. Not sure why that wasn’t communicated sooner. Save yourself the frustration DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
