GBImported Italian Cheese from… I ordered imported Italian Cheese from boxncase.com but it took a week for delivery. Price is good and product was shipped fresh with Fedex but I only have one complain that it took so long to deliver. Although now that I know it takes longer to deliver I will reorder in advance.

GBOrder status Ordered a product on 11/30/23 and as of 1/5/24 still have no received the item. I've emailed several times with no response and when you call, the phone is not answered nor can you leave a message. I waited on a chat line yesterday for 30 minutes and was disconnected. Was able to send an email and got an automated response they'd be in touch shortly; 24 hrs later no response. Better Business Bureau and the NYS AG is next step I guess.

GBPlaced an online order 9/27 Placed an online order 9/27. Have been told on several occassions that my order is shipping. This order is needed by 11/30. Money was taken out of my account. No updates on order, no shipping date or tracking number provided to this day. Multiple calls over days and times never answered and voice mail messages left never returned. Don't order from these people, they are scammers!

GBBEWARE.....BoxNCase - FALSE Advertising & STEALS Your Money BEWARE.....They advertise items that they DO NOT have on hand and give you no indication that the item is NOT in stock. After several weeks, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. BoxNCase sent me an email 2 months ago that they cancelled the order and were issuing a credit. As of today, 2 months later, I DO NOT have a credit from BoxNCase as stated in the email from them. I have called BoxNCase customer service and left 2 messages regardign the order/refund. NO ONE HAS YET TO RETURN MY CALL. I have sent several emails and PAT in customer service states that my bank owes me the money/refund. I have asked for proof that BoxNCase issued a refund to my bank and PAT has yet to respond. Now, BoxNCase is TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE and they have $300 of my money. BEWARE.....THEY STEAL FROM YOU and PAT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS COMPLETELY RUDE - SHE SHOULD BE WORKING IN A BACKROOM SOMEWHERE - NOT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
