I order about quarterly to fill my… I order about quarterly to fill my freezer with meats & fish. Otherwise, I order mostly produce & it arrives fresh. Some are smaller than what we find in a supermarket but I live alone so that is fine with me. The ease of delivery & them allowing me to order whenever I need to is appreciated (I don't have to cancel my account or remember to skip weekly auto-orders). I've referred friends & neighbors!

I’ve been a fan of Misfits for a few years… I’ve been using Misfits for a few years now and I love it. There’s always been a wide selection of items and even more now with Imperfect Foods. I also love being able to easily skip or donate my order when I won’t be home. The fact that the insulated bag can be returned to the delivery person is a plus too so they can reuse or recycle it.

Worst company ever and worse customer… Worst company ever and worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Their incompetent driver couldn’t read or use a gps i guess and delivered my 2 boxes of $260 groceries to the wrong address. Of course it was stolen and there was no way to contact them. It was so difficult i had to chat with imperfect foods and they refunded me and gave me $15. I just want my food, they don’t care your situation just leave you without food and frustrated. I have no food now and the credit is useless because why would I ever take the chance again with such a horrible company. I hope they go out of business.

Cancelled subscription due to…shipping experience Cancelled subscription due to shipping/non-shipping. Kept getting delayed until it was more than 3 days since shipped from company. At that point, I wasn't going to eat anything that had been floating around who knows where for 4 days.

Well the constant updates of the… Well the constant updates of the arrival of goods kept me home to await this package. The driver doesn’t use the chat section to keep the customer updated at all. Then gives the oh you text me convo once he arrives. Poor communication and lackluster customer service had me cancel this subscription. Now I will say it may not be everyone’s issue but I’m definitely done.
