I ordered some produce I can't get locally and some I haven't heard of before but looked interesting, along with some packaged foods that looked good. It arrived just as expected and my husband was even impressed with the packaging and the quality of foods. It's all been delicious and we're eating a bigger variety of plants and loving it!

A hit and miss Some of the prices are better than in the store. It's a hit and miss with the produce but company is quick in refunding upon request. I now use it mostly for non-perishable items when the price is right. Also I use it out of desperation because my nearest organic store is too far. I wish they had more organic items!

Consistently bad I keep trying to give them chances to make it better but it’s just bad every time. Today they apparently canceled the order I was expecting and didn’t even tell me. I only found out when I logged into my account to find out where my food was. The charge is still on my card so obviously I’ll be disputing that. What a poorly run mess of a company.

If you're looking for value - DO NOT sign up for this service I'm a savvy shopper, looking for the best deals & buying things on sale. This was a *huge* disappointment. I signed up thinking I would be getting a value service as they claim to have items up to 40% less than normal grocery stores. Unfortunately, I signed up through a social media ad and didn't get to preview the prices until I'd paid the subscription fee. Not only are the prices not comparable to normal stores but are priced much higher, comparable to higher end stores like Whole Foods or Grocer's Market. I decided to give it a try anyway. The food was decent. I'd give it a neutral score - not great/not bad. You have to have a minimum order of $60 to get free shipping and for me, I didn't want to spend that much every week. They have a default driver's tip unless you change it, which I didn't catch. I do not recommend this service at all. I also find the name of the company misleading. Every other type of "misfit" company I've used were definitively value goods or market. If you're wanting a delivery service you're better off paying a yearly subscription to one of the main grocery chains.

I’ve been a fan of Misfits for a few years… I’ve been using Misfits for a few years now and I love it. There’s always been a wide selection of items and even more now with Imperfect Foods. I also love being able to easily skip or donate my order when I won’t be home. The fact that the insulated bag can be returned to the delivery person is a plus too so they can reuse or recycle it.
