GBI order about quarterly to fill my… I order about quarterly to fill my freezer with meats & fish. Otherwise, I order mostly produce & it arrives fresh. Some are smaller than what we find in a supermarket but I live alone so that is fine with me. The ease of delivery & them allowing me to order whenever I need to is appreciated (I don't have to cancel my account or remember to skip weekly auto-orders). I've referred friends & neighbors!

GBWow. Wow. I admit I I am fired up and logged on to Trustpilot to give MM a bad review, but I did not expect to see so many others that have also been screwed by MM!!! I concur with all the folks who have deliveries get "cancelled" with no stinking explanation, no text, nothing, I've had orders mis-delivered to wrong addresses. Each time I reached out I get a very polite reply and a teeny little credit, but it keeps happening. In the past, I've had delivery issues with other meal subscription services, along with MM and much of the problems seemed to be tied to a delivery service named "Axelhire". They are the worst. I don't for sure if they are the root of the problem, and I haven't checked for sure, but I think most of my delivery issues happened when they were on the clock. I just cancelled my subscription. I don't need them anymore, I know where I can go in my town to get good deals and nice ingredients, but that isn't the point. MM (and stupid Imperfect for that matter) have the opportunity to create this amazing service that can really impact the world, but they can't seem to get their logistical act together. What a shame.

GBFRAUD AND SCAMMERS I set up an account and then decided this was not what I wanted. I cancelled my account within an hour of setting it up. I got a notification to place my order. I sent another email to cancel. Got another notification to place my order. Sent another email to cancel. On March 30 you tried to charge my credit card $198.00. Thankfully Capital One thought it looked suspicious and declined the charge. On April 1, you tried again, under a different name. Again, Capital One declined the charge. On April 2, you tried again, under another different name... Again, Capital One declined the charge. NEVER set up anything with this company. They are a fraud and appear to like to scam the public by using different names of companies so you might not notice. Capital One is now investigating Misfits Market for FRAUD. If you work for Misfits Market, you must not value your integrity.

GBWorst company ever and worse customer… Worst company ever and worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Their incompetent driver couldn’t read or use a gps i guess and delivered my 2 boxes of $260 groceries to the wrong address. Of course it was stolen and there was no way to contact them. It was so difficult i had to chat with imperfect foods and they refunded me and gave me $15. I just want my food, they don’t care your situation just leave you without food and frustrated. I have no food now and the credit is useless because why would I ever take the chance again with such a horrible company. I hope they go out of business.
