Cancelled subscription due to…shipping experience Cancelled subscription due to shipping/non-shipping. Kept getting delayed until it was more than 3 days since shipped from company. At that point, I wasn't going to eat anything that had been floating around who knows where for 4 days.

I order about quarterly to fill my… I order about quarterly to fill my freezer with meats & fish. Otherwise, I order mostly produce & it arrives fresh. Some are smaller than what we find in a supermarket but I live alone so that is fine with me. The ease of delivery & them allowing me to order whenever I need to is appreciated (I don't have to cancel my account or remember to skip weekly auto-orders). I've referred friends & neighbors!

Elderly abuse It is terrible. My mother is so angry. You guys are adding items she did not want. I do not know why her membership has some sort of prefilled cart. Mine does not, and I have been a loyal customer to misfit market for many years. My mother is 81 years old and a cancer patient I thought this would be an easier way for her to get fresh produce. Please cancel her membership immediately she is very unhappy.

Affordable, Convenient, and Oh So Fresh!!! Love everything about the MM!! I've subscribed to this service while moving from project to project across the Midwest. I love the convenience, the ability to skip a week, the wide variety of produce to choose from (including so many other grocery items). I'll be a return customer well into the future!!

If you're looking for value - DO NOT sign up for this service I'm a savvy shopper, looking for the best deals & buying things on sale. This was a *huge* disappointment. I signed up thinking I would be getting a value service as they claim to have items up to 40% less than normal grocery stores. Unfortunately, I signed up through a social media ad and didn't get to preview the prices until I'd paid the subscription fee. Not only are the prices not comparable to normal stores but are priced much higher, comparable to higher end stores like Whole Foods or Grocer's Market. I decided to give it a try anyway. The food was decent. I'd give it a neutral score - not great/not bad. You have to have a minimum order of $60 to get free shipping and for me, I didn't want to spend that much every week. They have a default driver's tip unless you change it, which I didn't catch. I do not recommend this service at all. I also find the name of the company misleading. Every other type of "misfit" company I've used were definitively value goods or market. If you're wanting a delivery service you're better off paying a yearly subscription to one of the main grocery chains.
