GBIf you're looking for value - DO NOT sign up for this service I'm a savvy shopper, looking for the best deals & buying things on sale. This was a *huge* disappointment. I signed up thinking I would be getting a value service as they claim to have items up to 40% less than normal grocery stores. Unfortunately, I signed up through a social media ad and didn't get to preview the prices until I'd paid the subscription fee. Not only are the prices not comparable to normal stores but are priced much higher, comparable to higher end stores like Whole Foods or Grocer's Market. I decided to give it a try anyway. The food was decent. I'd give it a neutral score - not great/not bad. You have to have a minimum order of $60 to get free shipping and for me, I didn't want to spend that much every week. They have a default driver's tip unless you change it, which I didn't catch. I do not recommend this service at all. I also find the name of the company misleading. Every other type of "misfit" company I've used were definitively value goods or market. If you're wanting a delivery service you're better off paying a yearly subscription to one of the main grocery chains.

GBElderly abuse It is terrible. My mother is so angry. You guys are adding items she did not want. I do not know why her membership has some sort of prefilled cart. Mine does not, and I have been a loyal customer to misfit market for many years. My mother is 81 years old and a cancer patient I thought this would be an easier way for her to get fresh produce. Please cancel her membership immediately she is very unhappy.

GBI’ve been a fan of Misfits for a few years… I’ve been using Misfits for a few years now and I love it. There’s always been a wide selection of items and even more now with Imperfect Foods. I also love being able to easily skip or donate my order when I won’t be home. The fact that the insulated bag can be returned to the delivery person is a plus too so they can reuse or recycle it.

GBWow. Wow. I admit I I am fired up and logged on to Trustpilot to give MM a bad review, but I did not expect to see so many others that have also been screwed by MM!!! I concur with all the folks who have deliveries get "cancelled" with no stinking explanation, no text, nothing, I've had orders mis-delivered to wrong addresses. Each time I reached out I get a very polite reply and a teeny little credit, but it keeps happening. In the past, I've had delivery issues with other meal subscription services, along with MM and much of the problems seemed to be tied to a delivery service named "Axelhire". They are the worst. I don't for sure if they are the root of the problem, and I haven't checked for sure, but I think most of my delivery issues happened when they were on the clock. I just cancelled my subscription. I don't need them anymore, I know where I can go in my town to get good deals and nice ingredients, but that isn't the point. MM (and stupid Imperfect for that matter) have the opportunity to create this amazing service that can really impact the world, but they can't seem to get their logistical act together. What a shame.

GBI strongly urge anyone thinking about doing business with this company .... Not to. I strongly urge anyone thinking about ordering from this company, Not To! They are scamming people out of their hard-earned money and then to reach customer service about the $48 food order i received but never ordered is such a joke. There is no phone number. If you do research, you will see this is true... No customer service phone number is highly shady.. I found out firsthand they definitely are shady. My account was debited, and this really messed up my finances this week. So wrong... Ive sent several emails since that is the only way to reach these people.... No response whatsoever. Save yourself from having any future; problems since this company is profiting off of unsuspecting people such as myself/
