I was amazed at how personable, efficient, and prompt she is, also keeping me in the loop with updates and checking to see if I needed anything else. I would certainly hire Cassy in a heartbeat. GBDid you know Shipt does upcharges on… Did you know Shipt does upcharges on items and doesn't do sale prices and adds sales tax??My shopper accidentally gave me the store receipt and I was charged about $30 more for my items plus I paid the shipping membership, plus a tip on the higher total (no major issue)plus she missed an item(not terrible but added $4 and I had to get that refunded). Just upset at all the hidden costs.

GBcustomer service… my debit card was used fradulently and I could not get anyone that actually could help me. Customer service is not friendly or helpful. I tried everyday for 2 weeks with no results!!!
