They are truly the most pathetic company on the planet, And also the entire reason that Shipt has been ruined beyond repair. This week I was on vacation with my… This week I was on vacation with my kids and we needed groceries because we were going to Disney World in Orlando. So we thought that going through Target would be a good idea. So we used Shipt that day we ordered all of our food and the next day we received a notification saying that our refund had been processed. However, we never asked for a refund so all the food was returned and because of the store you can't return the food. So it seemed like the driver just took the food. The only thing that they said they delivered was the hairspray so the hairspray ended up being $16 because of the $10 delivery fee and it never showed up.Then we talked to the front desk and they told us that this sometimes happens through this company. Target couldn't do anything to help us. So later we called them and they gave us a refund for our money. However, we weren't looking for this. We were looking for our food. If I could rate the zero Stars I would.

Wonderful Service I wanted to give a huge shout out to Jennifer who has handled my Target orders a few times now. She is amazing and an absolute life saver! She goes above and beyond to make my orders as complete as possible. I cannot thank her enough for the help while I am caring for an ill parent. Jennifer, what you are doing is helping more than you know. Thank you.

Too many fees for me My $45.26 order also included the $9.99 Shipt same day delivery fee which was fine for me, but I did not expect the additional fees of Regional Fees $4.99 (bags) etc.I had 4 bags and also Service fee tax; Local Sales & Use Tax and Sales & User Tax. Moving on, I did not expect to have to tip the delivery person because I thought Shipt paid them. So, my $45.26 plus fee was $61.26 plus the Target suggested fee of a minimum of $12+ my total delivery fees plus a tip would amount to $29!!!

Terrible There were two occasions. One sevens days earlier. There shopper could find my house and didn't want to listen to my directions, so she took the $400 order back to the store and I had to wait for my refund to buy groceries again. I requested to have the order delivered between 4 and 5. The order was delivered at 12:30. I was at work. When I got home, all the produce and meats were spoiled. They did not do anything to help remedy the situation. They, then, told me that I had to return all the spoiled items to the store myself in order to get a refund. I did that. Then I cancelled my membership. They are awful. They do not care about making anything right when their employees are messing up. I used this company for the last two years and now I will be using instacart.
