How to improve Before when I used their service it seemed like I would get my stuff a lot quicker than I do now. I have talked to multiple people who work for the company and they seem to think the pay is not worth it. I am wondering if it’s taking longer because the workers aren’t happy with their job so they are less motivated. With having the availability of Door dash now I think the company has to add perks for their workers and customers if they want to be able to compete with all the newer options.

This Service is the best for our Family I have to say I know this service was a must have during COVID. But I just love it. It's dependable and I get consistent shoppers. As long as you tip decently and show everyone some respect, you will have an awesome experience. I just cant say enough about how helpful this service has been over the years.

Too many fees for me My $45.26 order also included the $9.99 Shipt same day delivery fee which was fine for me, but I did not expect the additional fees of Regional Fees $4.99 (bags) etc.I had 4 bags and also Service fee tax; Local Sales & Use Tax and Sales & User Tax. Moving on, I did not expect to have to tip the delivery person because I thought Shipt paid them. So, my $45.26 plus fee was $61.26 plus the Target suggested fee of a minimum of $12+ my total delivery fees plus a tip would amount to $29!!!

I was amazed at how personable, efficient, and prompt she is, also keeping me in the loop with updates and checking to see if I needed anything else. I would certainly hire Cassy in a heartbeat. customer service… my debit card was used fradulently and I could not get anyone that actually could help me. Customer service is not friendly or helpful. I tried everyday for 2 weeks with no results!!!
