GBThis week I was on vacation with my… This week I was on vacation with my kids and we needed groceries because we were going to Disney World in Orlando. So we thought that going through Target would be a good idea. So we used Shipt that day we ordered all of our food and the next day we received a notification saying that our refund had been processed. However, we never asked for a refund so all the food was returned and because of the store you can't return the food. So it seemed like the driver just took the food. The only thing that they said they delivered was the hairspray so the hairspray ended up being $16 because of the $10 delivery fee and it never showed up.Then we talked to the front desk and they told us that this sometimes happens through this company. Target couldn't do anything to help us. So later we called them and they gave us a refund for our money. However, we weren't looking for this. We were looking for our food. If I could rate the zero Stars I would.

GBTheir customer service sucks Manuel was… Their customer service sucks Manuel was so rude, didn't listen to a word I said to him and all this laughing in the background. They delivered yogurt to me that was dated a week after the expiration date. The store claimed they should refund me and they said store should, I had already talked to store and made them aware of problem. Shipt services sucks they take no problem beware

GBHow to improve Before when I used their service it seemed like I would get my stuff a lot quicker than I do now. I have talked to multiple people who work for the company and they seem to think the pay is not worth it. I am wondering if it’s taking longer because the workers aren’t happy with their job so they are less motivated. With having the availability of Door dash now I think the company has to add perks for their workers and customers if they want to be able to compete with all the newer options.

GBThankful for the service.it’s needs… Thankful for the service.it’s needs some improvements but overall good idea.I like the target app delivery by Shipt shopper and the helpful tools to shop and keep me updated. Needs a non-biased or fair reporting for issues or similar to this. It should not affect the customer or shopper as much as it does. Like opportunity for training or improvement should be part of the job not some way a punishment. Like I as the customer shouldn’t take the full responsibility, cost for things out of my control. Cool features to make shopping easier online and communicate with shopper with text because I need that option.

GBcustomer service… my debit card was used fradulently and I could not get anyone that actually could help me. Customer service is not friendly or helpful. I tried everyday for 2 weeks with no results!!!
