GBAll I did was text my shopper to see… All I did was text my shopper to see how much longer it would be it had been 4 hours and she went ballistic on me yelling about a double order- Idk anything about that.Yelling to me about another customer is totally wrong! She threw 3 bags onto my deck and as she’s leaving I see my toilet paper and 20 other bags still in her car! I said hey wait those are my groceries, she flipped me off and stole my groceries ! She left w my groceries! That’s a crime! Meijer is useless and so is SHIPT. Police report being filed as this is a crime! We are on a very strict budget and this has devastated us. She also replaced things for highest prices and kept them I.e. my toilet paper was $28 and she got the one for $42 biggest one there and KEPT MY TOILET PAPER! My milk my yogurt my beans and on and on!!!!! Shame on this idiot shame on SHIPT and shame on Meijer! Took 9 hours of phone conversations to get absolutely nowhere! I’m done done done

GBNeed new Programmers The more they try to add on new services, the worse the online ordering becomes. It need new programmers to get this right. Am so done with this, I've started shopping at another store

GBCan't cancel service via app or web My poor rating is due solely to the fact that the company does not allow one to cancel your membership from the website or app. One must call the company. This was not clear to me at all. I know this is prevalent now a days but it is just not acceptable to me. Don't give your customers the run-around.

GBThis Service is the best for our Family I have to say I know this service was a must have during COVID. But I just love it. It's dependable and I get consistent shoppers. As long as you tip decently and show everyone some respect, you will have an awesome experience. I just cant say enough about how helpful this service has been over the years.

GBcustomer service… my debit card was used fradulently and I could not get anyone that actually could help me. Customer service is not friendly or helpful. I tried everyday for 2 weeks with no results!!!
