customer service… my debit card was used fradulently and I could not get anyone that actually could help me. Customer service is not friendly or helpful. I tried everyday for 2 weeks with no results!!!

All I did was text my shopper to see… All I did was text my shopper to see how much longer it would be it had been 4 hours and she went ballistic on me yelling about a double order- Idk anything about that.Yelling to me about another customer is totally wrong! She threw 3 bags onto my deck and as she’s leaving I see my toilet paper and 20 other bags still in her car! I said hey wait those are my groceries, she flipped me off and stole my groceries ! She left w my groceries! That’s a crime! Meijer is useless and so is SHIPT. Police report being filed as this is a crime! We are on a very strict budget and this has devastated us. She also replaced things for highest prices and kept them I.e. my toilet paper was $28 and she got the one for $42 biggest one there and KEPT MY TOILET PAPER! My milk my yogurt my beans and on and on!!!!! Shame on this idiot shame on SHIPT and shame on Meijer! Took 9 hours of phone conversations to get absolutely nowhere! I’m done done done

Terrible There were two occasions. One sevens days earlier. There shopper could find my house and didn't want to listen to my directions, so she took the $400 order back to the store and I had to wait for my refund to buy groceries again. I requested to have the order delivered between 4 and 5. The order was delivered at 12:30. I was at work. When I got home, all the produce and meats were spoiled. They did not do anything to help remedy the situation. They, then, told me that I had to return all the spoiled items to the store myself in order to get a refund. I did that. Then I cancelled my membership. They are awful. They do not care about making anything right when their employees are messing up. I used this company for the last two years and now I will be using instacart.

Why in the world does bestbuy partner… Why in the world does bestbuy partner with this company to fulfill orders?! it is very difficult to track an order. Impossible to contact the driver. Even the customer service representatives were not able to contact the driver. Stressful EXPERIENCE!

Too many fees for me My $45.26 order also included the $9.99 Shipt same day delivery fee which was fine for me, but I did not expect the additional fees of Regional Fees $4.99 (bags) etc.I had 4 bags and also Service fee tax; Local Sales & Use Tax and Sales & User Tax. Moving on, I did not expect to have to tip the delivery person because I thought Shipt paid them. So, my $45.26 plus fee was $61.26 plus the Target suggested fee of a minimum of $12+ my total delivery fees plus a tip would amount to $29!!!
