GBNeed new Programmers The more they try to add on new services, the worse the online ordering becomes. It need new programmers to get this right. Am so done with this, I've started shopping at another store

GBDid you know Shipt does upcharges on… Did you know Shipt does upcharges on items and doesn't do sale prices and adds sales tax??My shopper accidentally gave me the store receipt and I was charged about $30 more for my items plus I paid the shipping membership, plus a tip on the higher total (no major issue)plus she missed an item(not terrible but added $4 and I had to get that refunded). Just upset at all the hidden costs.

GBTerrible There were two occasions. One sevens days earlier. There shopper could find my house and didn't want to listen to my directions, so she took the $400 order back to the store and I had to wait for my refund to buy groceries again. I requested to have the order delivered between 4 and 5. The order was delivered at 12:30. I was at work. When I got home, all the produce and meats were spoiled. They did not do anything to help remedy the situation. They, then, told me that I had to return all the spoiled items to the store myself in order to get a refund. I did that. Then I cancelled my membership. They are awful. They do not care about making anything right when their employees are messing up. I used this company for the last two years and now I will be using instacart.

GBTheir customer service sucks Manuel was… Their customer service sucks Manuel was so rude, didn't listen to a word I said to him and all this laughing in the background. They delivered yogurt to me that was dated a week after the expiration date. The store claimed they should refund me and they said store should, I had already talked to store and made them aware of problem. Shipt services sucks they take no problem beware

GBYou have an outstanding employee You have an outstanding employee, Cassy, who took care of my Target order today, 6/23/23. I was amazed at how personable, efficient, and prompt she is, also keeping me in the loop with updates and checking to see if I needed anything else. I would certainly hire Cassy in a heartbeat. You have an excellent employee on your team. This kind of positive output works well for Target too! Thank You Cassy
