GBCan't cancel service via app or web My poor rating is due solely to the fact that the company does not allow one to cancel your membership from the website or app. One must call the company. This was not clear to me at all. I know this is prevalent now a days but it is just not acceptable to me. Don't give your customers the run-around.

GBShipt is compromised of some of the… Shipt is compromised of some of the most low IQ, pathetic, lazy people I’ve ever encountered Target though takes the cake as king scumbag. They are truly the most pathetic company on the planet, And also the entire reason that Shipt has been ruined beyond repair. GBHow to improve Before when I used their service it seemed like I would get my stuff a lot quicker than I do now. I have talked to multiple people who work for the company and they seem to think the pay is not worth it. I am wondering if it’s taking longer because the workers aren’t happy with their job so they are less motivated. With having the availability of Door dash now I think the company has to add perks for their workers and customers if they want to be able to compete with all the newer options.

GBLove Shipt.....Hate Instacart After using Instacart for several years, I had a major problem with their customer service online. Their drivers/shoppers are mostly great, but their system, website, customer service is horrendous. Switched to Shipt a couple months ago and absolutely love it.....just their online ordering is so much easier. Will never go back.....

GBTerrible There were two occasions. One sevens days earlier. There shopper could find my house and didn't want to listen to my directions, so she took the $400 order back to the store and I had to wait for my refund to buy groceries again. I requested to have the order delivered between 4 and 5. The order was delivered at 12:30. I was at work. When I got home, all the produce and meats were spoiled. They did not do anything to help remedy the situation. They, then, told me that I had to return all the spoiled items to the store myself in order to get a refund. I did that. Then I cancelled my membership. They are awful. They do not care about making anything right when their employees are messing up. I used this company for the last two years and now I will be using instacart.
