GBShipt is great Shipt is great! I think the only people that have problems with their orders are the ones that don’t tip!!! Why would anyone go shopping for you when you don’t TIP! Tipping in some things has gotten out of hand! But when someone is grocery shopping for you!!! Rain or shine! And you don’t tip or tip $5 for a full cart of groceries! Yea good luck! Your orders will NEVER BE ON TIME!!! I have people I know that do shipt orders and they keep track of bad tippers!!! So as much as it may bother you. Get up your behind and go do your own grocery shopping if you don’t want to tip!

GBLove Shipt.....Hate Instacart After using Instacart for several years, I had a major problem with their customer service online. Their drivers/shoppers are mostly great, but their system, website, customer service is horrendous. Switched to Shipt a couple months ago and absolutely love it.....just their online ordering is so much easier. Will never go back.....

GBThis week I was on vacation with my… This week I was on vacation with my kids and we needed groceries because we were going to Disney World in Orlando. So we thought that going through Target would be a good idea. So we used Shipt that day we ordered all of our food and the next day we received a notification saying that our refund had been processed. However, we never asked for a refund so all the food was returned and because of the store you can't return the food. So it seemed like the driver just took the food. The only thing that they said they delivered was the hairspray so the hairspray ended up being $16 because of the $10 delivery fee and it never showed up.Then we talked to the front desk and they told us that this sometimes happens through this company. Target couldn't do anything to help us. So later we called them and they gave us a refund for our money. However, we weren't looking for this. We were looking for our food. If I could rate the zero Stars I would.

GBcustomer service… my debit card was used fradulently and I could not get anyone that actually could help me. Customer service is not friendly or helpful. I tried everyday for 2 weeks with no results!!!

GBAll I did was text my shopper to see… All I did was text my shopper to see how much longer it would be it had been 4 hours and she went ballistic on me yelling about a double order- Idk anything about that.Yelling to me about another customer is totally wrong! She threw 3 bags onto my deck and as she’s leaving I see my toilet paper and 20 other bags still in her car! I said hey wait those are my groceries, she flipped me off and stole my groceries ! She left w my groceries! That’s a crime! Meijer is useless and so is SHIPT. Police report being filed as this is a crime! We are on a very strict budget and this has devastated us. She also replaced things for highest prices and kept them I.e. my toilet paper was $28 and she got the one for $42 biggest one there and KEPT MY TOILET PAPER! My milk my yogurt my beans and on and on!!!!! Shame on this idiot shame on SHIPT and shame on Meijer! Took 9 hours of phone conversations to get absolutely nowhere! I’m done done done
