Wonderful Service I wanted to give a huge shout out to Jennifer who has handled my Target orders a few times now. She is amazing and an absolute life saver! She goes above and beyond to make my orders as complete as possible. I cannot thank her enough for the help while I am caring for an ill parent. Did you know Shipt does upcharges on… Did you know Shipt does upcharges on items and doesn't do sale prices and adds sales tax??My shopper accidentally gave me the store receipt and I was charged about $30 more for my items plus I paid the shipping membership, plus a tip on the higher total (no major issue)plus she missed an item(not terrible but added $4 and I had to get that refunded). Just upset at all the hidden costs.

I was amazed at how personable, efficient, and prompt she is, also keeping me in the loop with updates and checking to see if I needed anything else. I would certainly hire Cassy in a heartbeat. Thankful for the service.it’s needs… Thankful for the service.it’s needs some improvements but overall good idea.I like the target app delivery by Shipt shopper and the helpful tools to shop and keep me updated. Needs a non-biased or fair reporting for issues or similar to this. It should not affect the customer or shopper as much as it does. Like opportunity for training or improvement should be part of the job not some way a punishment. Like I as the customer shouldn’t take the full responsibility, cost for things out of my control. Cool features to make shopping easier online and communicate with shopper with text because I need that option.

Love Shipt.....Hate Instacart After using Instacart for several years, I had a major problem with their customer service online. Their drivers/shoppers are mostly great, but their system, website, customer service is horrendous. Switched to Shipt a couple months ago and absolutely love it.....just their online ordering is so much easier. Will never go back.....
