This is now my favorite store since… This is now my favorite store since they changed their name to Market Place. Their attempt to become an upscale store is paying off for the customer because they are now offering a wide array of different foods and fresh cuts of meat, and it doesn't hurt that you can still save dollars at the gas pump. They are still more pricer than their competition but, the savings at the pump is a plus.

Have not been able to access any of my E-cards for over a week. Called customer service which was unable to address my concerns and had no idea when problem would be resolved. Sent email voicing my concerns with no response. Very dissatisfied with Giant Eagle main office customer service.

I've tried 3 times to get my issue with… I've tried 3 times to get my issue with my Advance Pay account fixed with no success. Giant eagle has the worst Customer Service department I've ever dealt with. Even cell phone companies aren't as bad as Giant Eagle. Everything is set up, so their CS department tells me, but I've tried 3 times to use the Adv Pay at the GetGo pump with no success. Giant Eagle CS depart would not help me, they told me it was a GetGo problem. I went to Get Go, they told me I had to go online to get it fixed. That sure was a waste of my time. Terrible company to deal with.
