Horrible produce. Giant Eagle can be a great place to shop, if you don't mind paying higher prices. However, not all are equal. The one in Garfield Hts, Ohio is absolutely horrible when it comes to produce. I have tried to overlook my experiences many times, but after buying a bag of apples, in which half were spoiled, I'm done. Quality control seems to be nonexistent and while I understand staffing issues, maybe it's time to close if you can't maintain a standard.

You have to bring 2x’s satisfaction policies to Giant Eagles attention. Questionable Policies. !!! According to Giant Eagle, they offer a 2x your money back on Giant Eagle brand products for satisfaction. The problem is that they don’t offer the guarantee. If you don’t bring the policy to their attention….they will never give you 2x’s your money back. They are only getting 3 stars because they have never denied the policy to me but I do have to ask them for it.

Issue is with digital wallet Issue is with digital wallet. I have several hundreds of dollars in my E-card wallet and cannot access any of my E-cards. Have not been able to access any of my E-cards for over a week. Called customer service which was unable to address my concerns and had no idea when problem would be resolved. Sent email voicing my concerns with no response. Very dissatisfied with Giant Eagle main office customer service.

The Pharmacist & Staff are very professional & friendly. In fact I am going there tomorrow for my flu shot, and my Moderna Booster 💉 ouch 🤕🤞😓 We even have a StarBucks inside our Giant Eagle ☕️ I have been a loyal customer of Giant Eagle , SquirrelHill , Pittsburg , PA , since our UPMC days in the late 1980’s . Our only son was born @ Magee Womens Hospital in Pittsburg . Great service on Curbside Pickup in… Great service on Curbside Pickup in Erie! They shop my online order, I schedule a pickup, and they load it up. Procedure is simple and painless and the staff is ALWAYS pleasant. Once I couldn't get there during my delivery time due to a road closure and they worked with me to schedule a later pickup time. I would highly recommend shopping here.
