ROFast support response I'm using ICD Soft as a registrar. I was quite impressed how fast they reacted - they addressed my issue with DNSSEC validation within 13 -14 minutes. Also their messages were clear and concise. I'm not sure what are their working hours, but it feels like they have 24/7 proffessional support service.
