And I told them the issue, they responded within about 10 minutes, told me what to do, but offered to assist me with doing it if I felt uncomfortable. Of course, I said yes, please help! Then they worked their magic on their and, and then sent explicit instructions on what I needed to do, step by step. It worked, it was perfect, and they have always helped me in this way. It's really hard to find this level of support, so I highly recommend!

Fast support response I'm using ICD Soft as a registrar. I was quite impressed how fast they reacted - they addressed my issue with DNSSEC validation within 13 -14 minutes. Also their messages were clear and concise. I'm not sure what are their working hours, but it feels like they have 24/7 proffessional support service.
