GBMad Matter is a great company to do business with! Over the past several months I purchased 3 runners for my home. The first 2 were perfect for the locations they are in. The third one had lumps in the middle. I contacted Ben and Casey, both customer reps at Mad Matter. Ben asked that I send pictures of the mat. Casey had determined that the mat didn't cool enough after production and being rolled for shipping. With in several days, They had sent me a replacement which is perfect. I appreciate that they stand behind their product. I would highly recommend the company and their products.

GBFirst time customer First time customer, very pleased with product and customer service. I was looking for a large kitchen mat, and found exactly what I needed and at a better price than Amazon or any other website I checked. Product arrived quickly. I had a small issue that I contacted customer service about, and they personally and promptly handled the issue. Very pleased, will shop here again.

GBI needed an antifatigue mat for … I needed an antifatigue mat for reception desk in my restaurant. Had to be specific size so called 800 number had very helpful and friendly service. Unfortunately mat that was shipped was wrong size. Instead of asking me to ship it back Mad Matter sent another one the right size and said "It was our mistake, just keep it"! I think that is exceptional service and I would be happy to refer Mad Matter to anyone in need of commercial mats

GBRunners to Protect Hardwood Floors We purchased custom sized long floor mats to protect our hardwood floors from our 2 large dogs running into the house. Great service from the start. Appears to be long-lasting quality. This is our second order because we were so pleased with the first!

GBGreat quality. I purchased a 4'x6' indoor waterhog mat. The quality is great. The mat does not slip or slide on my hardwood floor. (This was a problem with other mats from other companies.) I was hoping for custom sizes in 5' widths, but all mats were in 2' increments.
